I’m not sure if this company is real it says Wellaray when ordering but it’s a complete different name come out of my account

FOLLOW UP They have contacted me and assured me that when I receive the goods I can return and get a full refund, however until that happens I will keep this review here and amend accordingly. They (Mia) were very polite in their replies however I have read this has happened to many people, so too much of a coincidence, and I also believe the product comes from China, so maybe difficult with returns.
I ordered on my phone via a very complex, confusing order process where they kept trying to add other products to your order, I declined them all but when my order went through they had charged me for 6 packs not 1, resulting in a cost of over £100 which I can ill afford. You cant cancel or get a refund. When checking Facebook groups I see this has happened to many other customers too.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with them.
About five minutes after placing my order, I contacted customer service to cancel it and request a refund. I was told this wasn't possible because the order had already been dispatched. Instead, I was instructed to get back in touch after I received the parcel so they could help me.
I followed their instructions, but now nobody responds to my emails or messages. I feel like I was misled just to prevent me from cancelling the order within the cooling-off period.

I was scammed
I ordered one order of 3 bags, and when I got to the checkout they had two orders of three bags and had immediately taken the money for all. I immediately complained to them but they said it was my mistake and they had already shipped it and so could not help. I can see from other reviews that this is a common occurrence for them = scam

Aggressive marketing and misleading checkout

Update: I’ve had an email response from you saying I’ve disputed a transaction with PayPal and you can’t help any further.
First the ad was a scam filled with fake comments from bot accounts. Second I thought I was paying $29.00 but I was actually charged $60.00 plus $30.00 for shipping making the total $90.00 USD. Emailed the company for a refund no response went through PayPal still waiting it’s a scam

I decided to order one box on a trial offer, I got to checkout and appeared to have been charged correctly, then I got a 2nd confirmation email for 3 more boxes I didn't order, I contacted them within minutes of original order Mia said she would cancel if I wished so I replied to her email but it would not send I had to go back to website & raise another query by this time they said it was dispatched, I don't believe that for a second!
