I got to the checkout but decided to look at the reviews first before completing my purchase. After reading the reviews, particularly about the ordering process I decided not to go ahead with the purchase and closed the page. Next thing I know, I receive an email thanking me for my order! I emailed straight away to say I did not complete the order and not to send the product and.low and behold I get another email to say my package is on its way! I am furious. I have emailed twice again to say how unhappy I am about this

I completely endorse the experience of others who had additional boxes of the coffee boost added at check out, the promised 70 percent discount ignored and a payment of £105 taken via PayPal rather than the £17 I had expected to pay to try the product. Plenty of polite
but useless email correspondence with ‘Mia’.
AVOID this company or join the club of the scammed !
Follow on edit -‘Mia’ messages to tell me she’s past my issues to a specialist colleague. My negative review prompted a message which seemed to suggest a resolution may be found .Still waiting for a response , checked my junk box etc.
Update: eventually after the exchange of several emails I have been given a full refund by this company.
