As others in the UK have said, be very careful. Although the product may do what it claims the ordering process is underhand. I just was going to think about ordering the £17.99 trial and did not actually place the order but found to my shock that £105.89 had been taken from my card. As soon as I saw the email I tried to cancel the order but was informed it had already been shipped. I told “mia” in customer services this was a scam and a fraud and would send back package as soon as I received it. I received it two weeks later. I was told it was shipped from China. The payment was taken in Lithuania. I returned straight away. I have received a full refund but at my cost of over £15.00 to send it signed for next day delivery. Not a good experience so be careful but push to get a full refund is my advice.

I went through the process of ordering as was discounted to find out I had been charged for two orders which I didn’t place and they charged full price went on and immediately emailed them to cancel the order but still waiting so rang bank and have cancelled card and question the payment and hopefully the bank will be able to refund or stop payment such a scam could not even check order before payment taken and no way to cancel

This morning I ordered a single box but…
This morning I ordered a single box @ £20 but 1min later my bank advised me that £105 was paid to Welaray. I imediately chatted and emailed and was told sometimes the system automatically add more than what you ordered. A few people who I chatted with said they will investigate but someone will call or email me. Nobody did and the next was an email to advise me my parcel was posted! 3boxes. When I enquired I was told the orders get posted quickly. That was after I sent chats and emails for about 2hrs after my banks notification. Now they want me to wait for the parcel to be delivered and pay to send it back. I have been in touch daily to tell them I can only adjust or remove my review once the amount appears back in my bank.

I am so upset with this
I am so upset with this, I was looking at trying these as a trial. But in stead it charged £57+ took it from my account before I had realised what had happened. Thats a weeks shopping gone. Tried to cancel but had no luck contacting Wellaray.

This company could improve vastly
This company could improve vastly. I ordered one lot of Coffee Boost then just after it told me I should also buy their tea which together with the coffee worked better. I did not want to buy tea. I had already entered my bank details but I was not once directed to checkout as usual for online purchases and was not requested to tap confirm and pay because neither that or checkout appeared. So, I left the site assuming that it would not be valid. However today I see that Wellaray has taken two sums of money from my account . ...one for £49.97 and a second for £41.93. I am totally shocked and dismayed to see these large sums of money taken from my account when I did not go to a checkout and to check my order as there was no means of doing so. At all costs do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have sent an email to them demanding reimbursement for one of these sums whichever is applicable to the cost of tea I did not order or the cost of a second coffee boost I did not order. STAY CLEAR.

WHAT A SCAM
WHAT A SCAM. BUYER BEWARE. I went into the website just to have look. They offered a trial bundle at a discounted price. I decided to give it a go but was shocked to see that the order was doubled and I was charged for 2 bundles And, a subscription that I didn't agree to. I looked up their cancellation policy and this was available by contacting their customer service team, which I did straight away. Oh surprise surprise, they didn't respond until after the boxes had been posted and wow, I have never received anything as fast as this. So, knowing it was on it's way, I told them I will be returning them so I was told that I will need to be contacted by a different dept. I received an email the following day full of apologies and directed to a portal for returns. Well, no surprises there, the portal doesn't work. After a number of emails and a couple weeks went by, they offered me a 30% refund and yeah you guessed it, there was a problem with that as well. The worst thing in this experience, is that I used PayPal to purchase the trial pack and lodged a dispute with them and if I hadn't been scammed enough, PayPal ruled against me and sided with the company. I appealed the decision and got the same result. The reason, I had received the package. It made me believe that PayPal and these companies are cohorts with each other to scam people. Never again. I will never go into any unknown websites, essentially the American merchants or the ones claiming to be American ever again.
