Expired supplements for premium prices

Two months running (February and March), Wellology sent me ubiquinol with a best before date of February 2026. I let the first one go. The second time is a process problem and suggests nobody is checking.

I emailed on 1 April to request a refund and an apology. Two weeks later, no acknowledgement, nothing.

To make it worse, there’s no complaints form on the website. You have to dig for an email address just to raise a basic issue. That tells you everything about how much they value customer experience.
I’ve now formally escalated and will be going to Trading Standards if I don’t hear back. Avoid until they sort out their quality control and actually respond to customers.

Suspicious activity here

Same copy / pasted reviews here by a 'Michael Camille' and 'Mary Williams'
The wording is not customer experience driven either, so I'll let you work out what's going on here..
