What a great experience at Wembley tour.

What a great experience, the knowledge of our guide, Nelson. He was fantastic and we all were able to take our photos without being rushed. Very informative and he answered all question thrown his way. I would recommend the tour even for people not interested in football as the history is great too. The tour shows you all aspects of Wembley stadium. Well worth the money. 5 stars.

Forgotten bag

My husband, daughter and grandson came up to watch Plymouth Argyle in the Papa John's trophy match on the 2nd April. Unfortunately my grandsons bag got left behind with his treasured cuddly bunny in it along with some other items. I tried to contact Wembley from home and my daughter did on the way home too with no luck. On Monday my husband got through to lost property and the woman he spoke too couldn't have cared less. Last week I wrote to Wembley explaining the situation in full in the hope that I would get a response. But nothing!!! I am really disappointed that a place that size hasn't got lost property area that you can contact them to find your missing or lost items. This was my grandsons first visit to a big stadium and we are disgusted the way that they don't give a dam. We certainly won't be visiting the venue again. Someone needs to teach the staff some manners and customer care

Totally unforgettable

ROB, the man, the myth, the legend, and the best tour guide in history. Somebody give Rob a raise. Funny, charming, knowledgeable, intelligent, witty, facially blessed, a total symmetry sultan from another world! The list is endless. At this point; don’t come for the stadium, come for Rob. An experience in himself. Guys want to be him, girls want to see him. ROB. It’s worth it.

Impeccable Staff

Visited Wembley stadium today with a young gentleman with learning difficulties that I support with a view of doing a mini tour to be able to see the pitch and take a few pictures.
We were told the mini tours weren’t on and that the tour was nearly 2 1/2 hours long with the pitch visit being towards the end. The gentleman I was supporting wouldn’t have been able to deal with it being that long as he just wanted to see the pitch and the stands… two young staff members, a male and female working in reception then radioed a manager to see if we could quickly be taken to the stands to have a quick look and take pictures. I really felt this was an amazing service and one of which they didn’t have to do for us. We were eternally grateful.

Every year the stewards are absolute…

Every year the stewards are absolute clueless idits . 1st - outside the boss of them are telling everyone gates open at 1:30 when they open at 11:30 he's the boss of that group .
Second even worse on the way out of the stadium I'm disabled there is a lift with a wheelchair simple the staff made us walk a quarter round the stadium to use another lift because apparently its for staff . I'm thinking the staff can wait disabled people should be a priority for disabled people not according to the idits there .

Are the staff okay???

The staff behind the tills move in slow motion. I have never seen someone pour a beer so slowly. It was genuinely baffling. I asked for a Coke Zero, the cashier took my payment and then just wandered off. I had to remind him twice to get my drink. I have very low expectations of retail workers as I don’t think they’re paid enough to go above and beyond, but WOW I have never experienced anything like this before. It took the guy an entire song to pour 4 beers from cans into cups??? The liquid was barely coming out of the can. Are the staff trying to punish us?!? So weird.

Overall a sad place to be

Overall, staff have an attitude. Be it security staff or staff serving a drink, If you don't like your job, don't hold onto it and be miserable; please go home and be miserable there. The atmosphere at the Wembley Arena is, simply put, bleak.

Visited Wembley for the Taylor Hawkins…

Visited Wembley for the Taylor Hawkins Tribute gig. Rude, miserable staff, atrocious customer care and summarily overpricing of everything. £7.50 for a can of Budweiser beer that was poured into a plastic cup in front of our eyes by an unsmiling, surly server. £9.50 for a pathetic excuse of a hot dog. Water £3.15 a glass. 20 minute queues for toilets. There is an all-pervading air of arrogance, entitlement and a total lack of connection and care with/for their consumers. In all, the Wembley Stadium 'experience is an absolute disaster. Evidently, Wembley PLC don't value their patrons. They don't need to put in the effort, so they don't as they have a captive audience. It was very much a 'We're Wembley, like it or lump it' vibe. Really, really horrible. A one star rating is over-dressy, but I wasn't able to give it a zero. Someone needs to give this hellhole a massive overhaul as it is a total embarrassment from a customer service perspective.

Absolute pile of 💩 the worst…

Absolute pile of 💩 the worst experience I have ever endured. Paid £300 for concert tickets with club Wembley only to arrive and a handful of 💩 food outlets! No restaurant to sit and have a drink and even a burger! We had the worst food and I wouldn’t even serve it to a dog! Drinks very limited and overpriced. Would not recommend to anyone DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY 😡 not even a reply to emails 😡😡

Disappointing

Disappointed
Significant parts of the stage are obscured by gantries and the stages are off to one side which they don't state at purchase .ok if you're on the lucky side! The sound setup was indistinct, part of the problem with too large enclosed venues.

The star is not even deserved ! RUN !!

The star is not even deserved. Never buy your tickets for an event on the Wembley website. They don't have customer service. They make you think they are giving you your money back, I have been waiting over two months for my refund. They don't have a phone number and don't answer emails 🤬. I have never been treated like this. RUN !!!!

Great stadium badly managed especially…

Great stadium badly managed especially crowd control. I attended an Ed Sheeran concert last night. When we left the crowd was channelled towards the station and continually held by stewards the problem was we hadn’t arrived by train! They closed off all side access stairs leading to the street, how ridiculous. I am old enough to have been attended cup finals at the old Wembley with 100000 people with no such stupidity.
The crowd controls measures are not only frustrating but dangerous.

Had a great time last night at the Ed Sheeran concert. Stewards we’re really helpful especially as I had a recent leg injury and was using crutches, we were asked on more than one occasion if I was ok did I need any help also allowing us to use the lift instead of struggling up the steps, I was very impressed. Everything was well organised and it seems everyone around me had a fantastic night the only criticism is that food drinks were very expensive and your not allowed to take anything in with you so that was the only downfall for us.
Well done Wembley staff.
