Looking at reviews on other platforms such as Yell and Get agent Westcoast properties lettings have very poor reviews. Even on Trustpilot they have 18% 1 star reviews where Ms Pickles believes they have none mostly from dissatisfied tenants.. My interaction with them has been less than pleasant with the aforesaid woman muttering to her much more pleasant colleague during an interview as if I would not notice. Totally unprofessional as so much in the area she reaps what she sows!

I have used Westcoast Properties, Patchway a couple of times and can highly recommend them. Helen was very proactive and helpful throughout the purchase process and we were kept updated on a regular basis. The whole team are very friendly people to deal with.

All The staff at patchway bristol branch were exceptional from finding a buyer through to completion my solicitor was very slow communicating with the buyers solicitor so Helen was able to communicate with the other solicitor to speed things up I think Helen went above and beyond of what I would have expected from an estate agent from past experience

We purchased our house via Westcoast, Portishead. Linda kept us informed during the process and in touch with the vendor, when necessary. Everything went very smoothly!
We also received some lovely flowers on completion day, thank you. The sold sign was removed 3 days after moving in, super! No complaints!

Got bogged down dealing with a vendor that was seemingly not very motivated to progress the sale of a vacant property, and Linda Shipway (Westcoast - Portishead) was very helpful with moving things along.

Overall fantastic first experience with Westcoast, whilst everyone I have dealt with has been great, I cannot talk highly enough of Brad who heads up the lettings team and it is clear to see why. Having dealt with Brad over the past few months following the transfer of management of my properties to Westcoast it is safe to say I have never met such a passionate, dedicated and experienced person within the sector which is a pretty bold statement I know. After 15 plus years experience in being a landlord I think I can safely judge that well! I have properties that are managed by other agents in London and other cities and they simply do not even come close to the service I have experienced with Westcoast but in particular Brad. I knew right from the first meeting Brad was the right person to take over management of my properties in Bristol, rather than just the usual phone call and typical 'sales pitch' I got from every other agent I spoke with, he invited me to a coffee shop and right from the start of the meeting to the moment we shook hands it was nothing more than refreshing, in the space of two hours there was no 'pushy sales pitch' or trying to bad mouth other agents (this is something I experienced a lot speaking to other competitors), Brad took a lot of time understanding what I am looking for in a management agent and why I was not happy with my current one which again I did not get this from other agents, it was simply a case of why they are best and here is our fees. Every promise Brad has made he has delivered and more so, if any landlord reading this is not feeling how I have described in this review you need to go and have a coffee with Brad.
I am sure Brad will be a little embarrassed if he reads this but if Brad ever moves closer to London, I have already offered him a position in my company as finding people like him is rare and all joking aside I sincerely hope Westcoast appreciates Brad like myself and probably most other clients of his do and never lose him.
