I would like to thank West Coast in Weston Super Mare for managing my rental property for many years. I have always found everyone to be very helpful and friendly but I would like to thank Kelly in particular. To say she has gone the extra mile is an understatement. She is so friendly but always professional and nothing is too much trouble for her. I know if I leave a “problem” with Kelly it will get sorted. She is a real ambassador for West Coast and they are lucky to have her.

We have had a bumpy ride, trying to sell 2 houses and buy another. The staff at Westcoast Burnham on sea, were absolutely outstanding, especially Sue Picton and Megan. Sue was so kind and helpful, especially very reassuring when we felt very down, and like a terrier was always on our side, finding out things we needed to know, and never letting us down. Thank you again Sue, you were terrific, and would highly recommend you and Westcoast staff.

As surprised as I am to be leaving a review for an estate agents, I have been so impressed with Westcoast Properties that I felt they were really deserving of one! I bought a property through them recently and everyone I dealt with was very friendly, human and just generally nice to deal with (very different to what I have experienced in the past! - they are NOT your stereotypical estate agent).
I primarily dealt with Rachael and I found her to be all of the above and also really communicative and efficient - I was impressed how quickly she responded to emails (including outside of usual office hours) and when she said she would sort something out she did. Even though I wasn't the seller, I felt like Westcoast were still working on my behalf too and it made the whole process feel seamless and easy (exactly how it should be yet never is!!)

I would also like to give a special mention to Anthony (who showed me a different Westcoast property while I was on my house hunt - not the one I bought) who had to be one of the loveliest and most knowledgeable estate agents I have met. He was also very generous with his time and incredibly diligent in answering my questions, to the extent he followed up on a query I had and got back to me the next day to clarify (even though it wasn't something especially crucial) - something estate agents often say they will but never do! My overwhelming experience of viewing properties is being shown around by people who a) know nothing about the property, b) no nothing about properties in general and c) seem profoundly uninterested in the viewing in general - but Anthony was the complete opposite. Hence Westcoast Properties surprised me at every turn!

Would definitely recommend to anyone and I will be thinking of them should I come to sell my house in the future. Thank you Westcoast for making a difficult process simple and agro-free!

Although it turned out to be a difficult journey the staff were absolutely wonderful.

We didnt get off to the best start when we booked a viewing for and the poor estate agents car broke down and I nearly gave up on the house because i thought it was a sign lol! However i am glad i did not! Megan came and met us to show us around and we fell in love! Megan was so lovely and helpful! Also big shout out to Theresa and Sue who have been super helpful as well! Again couldnt fault anyone- even down to me asking the most ridiculour of questions! Nothing was too much! Great estate agents! Thanks so much! Cant wit to see you Friday for key collection day :-)

We had a great service from Rachel and the other members of the team in Nailsea. We received emails whenever there was a viewing with a phone call with the feedback from the viewings. We would definitely recommend and would use again

First time buyer: After using Westcoast properties patchway in January for a house that unfortunately fell through pre completion, I was very happy to find my new property was on the market through them again.
Lovely friendly team happy to help and liaise between myself and the seller as needed in order to support a mutual completion date that with as little stress as possible.
And being a first time buyer Helen and the team were always happy to answer any questions I had on the process.

The Weston-Super-Mare branch are abysmal!
We have been consistently in contact since February due to a wet patch in our ceiling getting bigger and bigger worrying that it would fall through.
We were never sent anyone to check it, there has been little to no communication only the odd reply saying that they would pass on the info (we have no contact with our landlord, only with Westcoast).
The matter was ignored and now the ceiling finally fell through… luckily no one was hurt just a lot of damage and loss of some sentimental possessions and time wasted.
The communication has still been awful, we are having to chase for any information and have no idea when our kitchen will be fixed.
If you want a letting agent that will communicate well and ensure that dangerous situations are handled quickly and efficiently these are not the agents for you.

We have recently used the Patchway office in Bristol to sell out apartment. The team have been very accommodating to any questions or queries we have had throughout the process and managed to find a buyer during the questionable housing market. Emma has been great and able to assist us with anything we have needed! Very happy so far and would use them again.

I used Westcoast to sell my property, and co-incidentally bought from them too. Very pleased with their service. I am glad I did not use an internet based company. There are too many moving parts, and if it goes wrong you will lose many many more times than you gain. As we have engaged with many estate agents I speak with experience. Westcoast were very responsive and always ready to help. Very satisfied.

Have just sold my property through West Coast agents, and I can highly recommend them. Abi took some brilliant photos and my house sold within four days, also many thanks to Sue who kept me updated throughout the process, and the whole team were a great help and made it a less stressful experience.
