1 month ago my user account has been prohibited and disabled for the depositing and withdrawal process without any reason. I cannot login my account on browsers and app. I have texted customer care (support[at]wetrade[dot]one) and also I am getting no response. I have mailed so many times and there is no response.I kindly request the weTrade team to share the reason and unblock my account and I wanted to continue my trade.

I have been working for the past 2 years but now I am facing a lot of problems. Since last 10 days I have withdrawn 200 dollars and in the last 10 days it has stopped. I have not been paid and now I have 3409 dollars in my account.

Wetrade Account number 912000680920, very worse and fraud application do not download please, made a successfull deposit of INR 7500 with on 09 dec 2022 at 0703PM with upi ref no.234366302, and its almost a year no money yet showing in wetrade deposit history, i would had made a lakh of INR with that money and also interest as we trade give, just now have mailed to support department with attachment of my successfull payment proof and aslo i will write a letter to corporate office in UK.

I have discovered that the profit amount, which I had rightfully earned through my trading activities, has been inexplicably removed from my account. This sudden removal of funds has left me perplexed and greatly dissatisfied with the services provided by your company.

To add to my frustration, I must also bring to your attention another issue pertaining to my account with the identification number 912000294782. Despite suffering heavy losses through this particular account, I have not received any reimbursement or refund for the funds lost, so why was my profit removed

I must emphasize that I possess concrete evidence, including video proof and documented records, which substantiate the trading profits that were generated in my account 912000942691. Therefore, the removal of the profit amount is both perplexing and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency, fairness, and adherence to the terms and conditions of our agreement. Customer care is very bad i have a deposit related issues and their deposit history page showing server response error, and no one is responding on my messages on customer service. My money is stucked
