I send money to we trade but not credited in my trading account and submitted respective documents to them but no initiative or response taken by them it's happened to me several times...

I have deposited 10000 rs. Amt is debited from my ac 12.05.2023. Still this amount not deposited to we trade account. Many times I submitted screen shot of fund transfer proof. Still my problem not solved. kindly help me is there any method to get back my amount. Is there any customer care number? Or mail id.

Today I deposited Rs. 500/- ($6.08) at 12.06 PM 12 May 2023. through paytm>
This amount is deducted my account but till not credited to WeTrade account.
Wetrade customer service is not answering any query.

I am writing this because two times I have faced the issue with amount deposit in application. One time I added Rs.5000 and I e time I added Rs.1000 but both the time it not reflected in my account. For the same I raised request in application but didn't get any response. My wetrade account is 912000252082.

My all account is disable my all money is stuck on it what the hell are you 😡

My account disabled and my money stucked in this app.
Customer support not respond.
Why trustpilot it's your duty to pay my money.

i have put $10 on LUNAUSD (crypto) trade but afterwards this cryptocurrency trade was removed by the wetrade. its ok if it was only removed but, they have not closed down the $10 trade that i have made. it is still continuing. even when i tried to close the trade, it shows system error. i have told customer services about this issue but they have been delaying it by saying that the higher ups are seeing this issue. its been about 6-7 months and they still have not given me a definite answer. when i tried to ask about them on the app, the never replied. they also changed the entry time of the trade and made it 05-12-2022 but they removed the LUNAUSD trade in August 2022. i don't know when they are going to return my $10 to me or maybe they are not going to return.

This company is a fraud deposit 20000, amount debited but these guys not giving credit one of the biggest day light robbery they are doing very unfortunate i lost my money

It's a scam. Amount is deducted from my account and it's been a week still its not credited to my we trade account. Customer service has no response. People don't get scammed.

This is a fake apps plz don't use this apps.The customer support is cheap level they have no any sense of work.i deposited three back to back payments but no one credited till now to my account.

I deposit my 30 dollar they didn't add in my trade account when i raised complaint on customer service they said it will refund in 7-25 working days i said ok , in during period i did UPI in there merchant account (angel trading) 250 dollars 2 time
One deposit i recieved second entry they missed from 10 August i m continuously following them on customer service they said when we get information will inform you after 45 days costumer service said it's about 1 month talk to your bank they will refund my bank said provide us statement of merchant but whom I ask for this they are not listening me now today on 22-9-22 again my INR 15000 they missed continuously m requesting on customer service please provide me mail id but not response , if we trade reading this please solve my problem i Earn this money with hard work my contact number is 9811402014 and with same number i have my I'd of trading

Just don't want to give a single star. absolute fraud. i have tried to complain on FSC Commission Mauritius from where they have been granted the License. Request you all to do the same so that after receiving Number of Complains may be they take some action against them. Hopefully. I have also tag that app as inappropriate on Google play store. request you all do same. they have siphoned my $ 121.
