WORST CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTION - STILL ACTIVE!!!!
The service per se is simple and not things you can praise or feel that they are missing. You upload files and someone downloads those files. Problem is when you start paying a subscription and getting out of that becomes a nightmare!!! AI chatbox that can't do what's needed that tells you it will connect you to a human colleague (really... colleague...) IN A FEW DAYS!!!! Telling AI chatbox that in "a few days" my card will be charged again did not yield any response... now that's what I call an intelligent AI chatbox... the moment it acts like a truly poor customer service person... duck and don't say a word! the client will eventually quit asking for a solution! Anyway... maybe there are other services out there or just find another way for big files. I paid almost 7 euros for 6 months only for one transfer...

Great Transfer Program
This program is s easy to use for straight transfers to clients. What I wish you could do is the ability to add my logo into the email I send to the clients. I do have stabilty issues with your server from time to time but all in all an outstanding service. Price is high as well but I need the service so I live with it.
