I just bought it yesterday. It's good, but rather slow. I do like how it works for so many streaming services, and I can use it on every single device I have. Auto connect on startup and kill switch is really nice too.

This is the second VPN provider i tried and it was able to fulfill all my needs. I had an issue with one of my devices and the support team helped me very fast to solve my issue.

As you expect, I have asked for a refund but apparently they don't refund payments made by " cryptocoins" as one of their fraudsters from their " support team" said to me, due to" market fluctuations". First of, this is daylight robbery, because that's SURELY
A MADE UP EXCUSE of course because every other RESPECTABLE COMPANY LIKE NORDVPN OR SURFSHARK VPN for example, REFUNDS CRYPTO PAYMENTS.And of course there is something called STABLECOINS that exist in this universe as of today, like usdt, busd, usdc, etc.So you can obviously avoid that so called fluctuations. Don't tell me about network fees, because you don't have to use ethereum, you can use busd obviously for almost no network fees.

The service never worked right and you can't refund it if it does not work. If you're trying to use it to watch Netflix, look elsewhere.

WeVPN worked ok. I decided to cancel my renewal but, I was still charged despite my cancellation over a year ago.
UPDATED - it took a bit of time but, WeVPN did correct the issue.

The first year using WeVPN was good and it worked well on my laptop, TV and mobile. But by the second year it has become more of a hindrance to use it on my laptop.

On certain websites I have to deactivate my vpn to actually log in. Also it would seem some of the US cities are no longer usable and using a foreign country makes it even worst to surf the net in the US.

So what is the point to using it if I can't keep it on while I'm on the net? My subscription will be ending soon and I will be trying something else.

I found WeVPN from researching/comparing many products out there (PIA, TunnelBear, Nord, Windscribe, etc) and while they functioned similarly WeVPN always had the fastest speeds for me, wide browser/device support, and great policies for privacy/transparency of their practices. Also they are incredibly affordable for all they offer!

I like they provide a development roadmap, are members of Electronic Frontier Foundation, VPN Trust Initiative and Open Rights Group. They also publish a transparency report and warrant canary.

This level of service and fit/finish of their product is really refreshing to see!

Overall its hard to find an issue with it. VPN services boil down to ease of use, security, price, and transparency. WeVPN nails them all.

Support replied to me in their chat in less than a minute and supported me with figuring out how to make the app working again. It turned out that my app was not updated and thus i couldnt login to my account

I have tried every VPN on the market and there is no competition Wevpn is by far the best over all. Wont be going anywhere else.

**WARNING** AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS.
Disgraceful business practices make this service completely untrustworthy. Once they have your card details they increase their annual charges and take money without authorisation and then refuse to stick to their 30 day refund policy.
Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service, I didnt realize there was a trust pilot, but about 2 months ago I requested a refund within the 30 day period but they declined for some dumb reason. My reasons were crunchyroll could barely load on US servers (they advertise crunchyroll works) and the servers kept disconnecting. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS VPN SERVICE. I tried other vpns and got much much better results. DONT BUY THIS!

Also quick tip: AFTER CREATING THE CHARGEBACK CASE, INSTANTLY ESCALATE IT TO PAYPAL. (They don’t respond so don’t bother waiting for a reply). After exactly 10 days, you will receive a FULL refund.

Pretty poor.
Auto renewal has no reminder and they won't refund After it's renewed without warning.
Turning off the auto renew takes about 18 clicks.
Next time I need a VPN i will not use them.
The VPN did work for the two days I used it.
