I have to admit I was a little apprehensive about the quality when I found out that the wheels were made in China and not Australia. I was wrong!!! The build quality is excellent. I have ridden some pretty gnarly gravel and they have remained true!! Customer service is excellent as well! I would definitely recommend these wheels!!

Loving my new wheels. Super smooth, light yet stiff.

So far so good. I did have to contact them to learn about the progress of my order. Peter has been excellent in communication after that. Product is superior!!

Got 60mm Vortex wheels. Amazing wheels . Now my bike is lighter and looks fast. Took only 3-4 weeks from ordering and shipping to me. The packaging was amazing, wheels were wrapped so no damages were made during shipping. The quality of the wheels are great, they super light. I’m so happy. Totally worth it!
And staff respond to messages pretty quickly and with details about wheels and shipping.
I would recommend this site.
In the future, if I will need more wheels ( maybe different thickness) I would totally get from here , the Wheelscience! 💯

I am EXTREMELY happy with the AMAZING service provided by Peter.

There was an initial slight delay due to manufacturing issues around the world but overall the wheels arrived in a timely & pristine condition.

Now I did encounter an issue with trying to fit 25c Clincher GP5000's which for a reason or another they would not fit even after trying various ways of force stretching them. So Peter recommended trying Vittoria or Pirelli tires as they eligibly have reputations for being the most compliant in their dimensions. Happy to report, I mounted 2 Vittoria Rubino Pro IV with ZERO issues.

This is what you call EXCELLENT Customer Service and I have zero issues recommending them to others looking for new wheelsets.

I love my wheels! They have given me 6 months of trouble-free riding.
The wheels are perfectly assembled but 650c doesn't give me a lot of tire options.

Buying a second set of wheels?

Nice wheels but finish could be better and both out of true. Not ridden them yet but spin nice.

Had these for about 2 months now. Look great and been happy so far. Prior top speed on stock rims was 36 MPH. Top speed so far on Vortex wheels is 42.7 MPH. so far so good. Thanks wheelscience

With a great deal of consideration, you can find a trustworthy seller from all over the world. Wheelscience makes a quality product, communicate effectively and provide the kind of service you’d expect from USA sellers. Pete is awesome and though I know better, treated me like I was his only customer and friend. I have already put a thousand miles into my wheels and even had an accident. All I can say is they’re bombproof, smooth, fast and very comfortable!

I bought my a elementals a few months ago and have been riding on them consistently. They are roll and climb very well and handle the tough roads easily. I have been very pleased with my purchase and would very much recommend them.

Great customer service. I had a faulty DT SWISS 240 EXP hub on my new Elemental 60 wheelset (no fault on Wheelscience, but rather DT Swiss) and Peter sent over a new freehub at no expense. The wheels are strong, stiff, and fast, and look amazing with the HX decals. Would choose again!
