Wish they were stiffer (that's what she said).

My 80mm carbon wheelset were delivered quickly, packaged securely, and arrived in perfect condition. The black decals on black carbon look awesome. The wheels got me through the Hervey Bay 100 in good time. My only complaint if any is the wheel stiffness. They run straight and true but flex when out of the saddle causing rubbing with the brake pad (can't open the brakes any further). Its frustrating when I forget and go hard out of saddle only to slow down, especially on THAT hill at Hervey Bay.

Ordered the Everest XL and love them. Great set of fairly aero wheels at a weight that can’t be matched for the price. Great customer support and communication. Two thumbs up!

I have bought many road high end bike build and components from all over the world including Germany, Italy, France, Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA and now Australia. I have never had such fantastic after sales service as from ur Co. especially, Peter Coloomb. No matter how trivial my questions were and there were many, he answered them quickly (sometimes within 5 min.) no matter what time it was including the weekends. There are no superlatives or adjectives to justify the excellent service I was given when purchasing my new Everest 1 rims. I would recommend this co. to anyone looking for a wheelset builder, etc.

These wheel sets are awesome! I bought the 60/disc and the 38mm Carbon clinchers in September and not only are they fast and light, but very well built! Haven’t had any problems with either set, I’ve done nearly 1000ks on the 38s and went for a 100k ride on the 60/disc on the week end! Fast and smooth

Buying wheels online is a scary prospect but after reading all the positive reviews I decided to commit and not only was I not disappointed I am super impressed with the whole experience. Peters knowledge and honesty when deciding on which wheels to purchase was invaluable. The communication throughout exceptional. And the wheels themselves are perfect. Weights and dimensions are as advertised, they look smashing but the best part is the ride. For a lightweight set of wheels they are rock solid. I've hit a few big holes and they didn't even notice. No sign of flex when climbing and they give a great feel on descending so that it gives me the confidence to go even harder. But for me though the most surprising and standout feature is their ability to accelerate. Wether following or making attacks on climbs, being able to swap turns at 55kph or manoeuvre through traffic at the end of a long ride the "spin up" ability of these wheels is sublime.

The customer care before the purchase was excellent. Peter went the extra mile to help me verify the wheel clearance with my frame. My elemental wheels have exceeded my expectations. Their stiffness is amazing. I did not realize how flexy my old wheelset was till I put some watts down on the elemental wheels! I have verified an increase in speed for the same watt output with the 60mm rear and 50 mm front wheel.

Bought 50mm elemental (Black Decals). Great quality wheels for the price point as it changes the look of the bike completely. Felt increment in average speed esp. during climbs. The look and feel of the wheels is nothing less than some of the other known brands in the market which probably are at much higher price point so why pay more. Totally impressed by the product and the company as a whole!

Had my Elementals for almost 2 years now and they have been bomb proof! They have probably done around 20,000 km with only the bearings being replaced. Only regret is that I didn’t take the upgrade on the hub for a slightly stiffer wheel. Love these wheels but beware you will attract stalkers who want to tell you how slick your ride looks!
Love these wheels every time I ride my bike!

I bought a pair of the Elemental 50's in early May. Shipping was about two weeks which was very reasonable given everything that's been going on in the world. Communication throughout was flawless, was given a FedEx tracking number and wheels arrived nicely packaged. Peter told me on purchase that there might be a customs charge as I'm in the U.K which he would refund. True to his word he refunded me this as soon as I sent a photo of the FedEx bill. Wheels look great in stealth (no decals) and on my first ride I recorded my fastest ever average speed over one of my regular routes (34 kmph+ over a rolling 55km), this is about 2kmph above what I'd usually record when on a 'fast one'! Have been on a variety of rides since. A long 185km ride from London to Brighton and back last weekend where I felt fresh all day, and a few windy ones where I thought the wheels might struggle. However they've been easy to handle in crosswinds and I'm only a 65kg rider. I was a bit worried that tyres might be difficult to fit but took the risk as no other reviews had mentioned that. I can confirm that getting tyres on was no problem (I run Conti GP 5000 25mm with tubes). Can't really comment on longevity yet as I've only done around 250km on them but so far so good. would definitely recommend.

So far these wheels are absolutely light and awesome! I've only put 200 miles on them as of now. They are stiff and roll oh so nice ! If these wheels hold true to there promise of quality and durability Wheel Science has won a customer for life.

They look great but yet to use them. I ordered tubs and being new to them could’ve done with some guidance (correct tape width etc if not gluing).

In a difficult time the Wheelscience team kept it’s word: best customer service ever. The shipment was delayed due to covid 19, and still Peter and his team were very kind and professional, answering my questions every time I needed.
My vortex are awesome !! Light, responsive, and faaast !! The only th’ing is that I have to ride alone now, no one can keep up in my group ;) Lol

Still early days but all signs point to an exceptionally crafted wheel set capable of absorbing the weight and power of a larger than average rider. The wheel set is incredibly responsive and provides exceptional stiffness. A pure joy to ride and I’m already looking forward to ordering my next set.

Great wheels! I got the Elemental 50/60. Compared to the carbon-rim/alloy-brake-surface ones I had been using, the Elemental ones are much more stable, feel a lot faster, and just seem to run better. They also sound better! The only downside (and this is, I believe, with all full carbon wheels), the rim braking is not as good as an Al braking surface, but that is just something I'm adjusting to. Overall really happy with the new Elemental hoops!!

Thanks to Peter and the Wheelscience Crew. Customer service was fantastic and the Wheels are everything that I had hoped for and more.

So far, so good. About 2k miles on them so far. I'm leery of anything carbon long-term, but Peter makes a great wheel. Added them to my matte black/gray Felt IA10 and they look great and ride fantastic. Racing them in Ironman Gulf Coast in May!

The only reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 was due to the fact that I was not informed when the wheels were shipped. I love the Elemental Wheelset and received great customer service when I contacted the company. I have recommended Wheelscience to others that want to upgrade.
