Did not work, i paid but has not used

First time using a vpn, and decided to pay after trying a free one which loaded fine but had no instructions on how to use.
Whenaway was less impenetrable, but could still improve and simplify the process of actually using it. Worked out eventually through trial and error, but it took about half an hour . Needs an i-diots user guide for non-geeks.

I downloaded the app as i can't read or understand Turkush tv to enable me to fill in rime whilst away having dental treatment and recuperating.
The frustrating part was it kept buffering, However I am sure it was due to Internet connection in hotel, so make sure you at least have a good connection.

I couldn't access the BBC or ITV, or other items when I arrived in Spain. I asked the question of Google and found the When Away app had been recommended. It is a short term.VPN and extremely reasonable.
I was actually astounded to find an app that lived up to the promises,was easy to set up ,and made my break much mire pleasurable. Thank you

The pass didn’t work and I still haven’t been provided with my refund. Would not recommend.

Great vpn but it does depend on the quality of the internet when your away.
Easy to use and cancel when you’re back in the UK.

Being able to watch all my favourite programs on catch up as well as live tv

A service I found by scrolling the Internet. So easy to set up, it’s a game changer being able to watch UK TV stations. Excellent. Highly recommend. 10/10

Worked brilliantly! Highly recommend. We were able to view BBCiplayer, ITV, Chanel 4 and 5. While in Spain.

I never got it working while away, had a connection but got stuck on the VPN side and just wanted to get some english channels on while away.

Easy to use and great value for our stay in Tenerife.
We escape the UK winter for 8 weeks and are able to watch all the UK live TV and catch up
programmes .

After downloading prg in Uk and trying to play them in Srl Lanka I had an error message I was gutted . Finally decided to scroll the internet and found you a real game changer .

This service saved our holiday. Despite the ads saying TV with digital channels in our room, it was still distressing to find we couldn't watch our usual programs or anything in English. Thankfully we found this service and we managed to set it up on our iPad quite easily, some feat for technophobes in our 70's. When we got back, I then started to worry about what I'd signed up to so I contacted the company and despite it being a Sunday I soon had a response. This is an excellent service and the price was nothing compared to the enjoyment from the entertainment it allowed us to watch. Thank you Stephen.

The service absolutely works but you can't cancel it when you want like a streaming service.
You're better off using Expat Prime or TV Mucho.
