Beautiful glasses! The photos don't do them justice, they're even more gorgeous in person. The metal frame in gold and taupe feels sturdy and super comfortable. The prescription was made exactly as prescribed by my doctor — it just took a few days to adjust to the change in strength, which is normal with progressives. What surprised me most was the photochromic feature: unlike others I'd tried, this one actually darkens noticeably, like putting on real sunglasses. My first purchase from them and I don't regret it. 100% recommend.

I like eyeglasses with personality and since I have to wear them I want fun frames rather than plain and boring. I've had no issues ever with orders find them to be heavy and well made. Good shipping time I've bought many glasses from them over the past several years

Wherelight's products are great. I would highly recommend their glasses and I would give 5 stars if the rating was solely based on the glasses.

However, customer service is not good nor helpful at all if you reach out for assistance. If I was rating their customer service, I would give it 2 stars but their glasses are so nice I don't want to leave a poor rating that might discourage others from shopping there.

Twice I asked for assistance with orders I placed and I was dismissed. In the 2nd instance, I used their promo code to get 3 pairs of glasses for $169, "pay3." I saw immediately after placing my order they had a code on their website to get 3 pairs of glasses "any3" for $40 less, $129 vs $169. I contacted customer service sending a screenshot of the "any3" for $129 requesting to get the lower price they had advertised. The response read verbatum "We have checked your order and we are sorry to tell you that you filled code Pay3, not code any3. So the discount is incorrect."

They clearly do not prioritize customer service. If feeling like a valued respected customer is not something that is important to you, then it's not a big deal. As I said, it's a great website to get some very nice glasses.

I love the glasses I ordered! They are so cute and exactly like what's pictured. They are nice and sturdy. Great quality! They come in a nice little storage bag with some extras.

I had to get my glasses reshipped due to my lenses needed fixing. They had no problem and did it and once I recieved them everything was fine. I highly reccommend!

I took a chance and SO GLAD I DID! These are exactly what I was looking for and they arrived in two weeks. I wanted a nice pair of reading glasses and these are very well made, super comfortable and the prescription is bang on. They included silicone comfort pads for the bridge, a cloth storage pouch and a mini screwdriver should I need to tighten the screws at some point. The gold on the hinges is more of a muted gold/platinum and is very classy. I ordered a blue pair which has black hinges and will swap them out for my next pair which I will be ordering with a proper prescription for progressive lenses once I have an eye exam. Thank you so much - excellent all around!

I have had a LOT of great frames from this site. They only go up to 1.71 for thinner frames, but I haven't noticed much difference. Great prints, colours. Sizing is accurate. Very happy.

I have ordered probably 8 pair in the last year. Love the quality, the script is perfect. I had to contact customer service one time---- offered a great solution to my problem.

I ordered 2 pairs of the same frame. 1 pair for the computer the other with the transitional lenses. The transitional lenses do not work. They do not turn the blue that I picked. I'm waiting to hear from customer service. After purchasing over. 8 pairs with them I'm hoping their customer service is just as great as their glasses.
