Very responsive customer service
I ordered two pairs of glasses, one with transitions lenses and one with sunglasses. The transitions pair was a large frame and the progressive lenses unfortunately didn’t work out n the frame and when I reached out to customer service they immediately offered a refund. The sunglasses are great and I’m sure they will be useful

Upon investigation, we found that your order's delivery has been impacted by recent severe weather disruptions. Our shipping carrier has advised that winter weather in the Northern Plains, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Northeastern US, and flooding in the Pacific Northwest US may delay final delivery of mail and packages. If your delivery address is located in one of these areas, your package's arrival will be unavoidably delayed. I’ve never had issues, but the one time I did need help, their communication was excellent. The assistants were so patient and considerate. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience every time!

I love love love my glasses, but the whole process of getting them was awful. Although the company did a good job of making it right, I felt there should not have been so much frustration for me in the first place. I'm legitimately only giving 4 stars because of the issues I had trying to get them. The glasses themselves are everything I dreamed they'd be.
