Not clear communication.
I've ordered from wherelight in the past and was dissapointed this time did not live up to previous experiences. I ordered 2 frames and waited nearly a month and had not heard anything back. When I reached out to them, they let me know that one of the styles I had picked was sold out and they did not know when it would be back in stock. They did then apologize and ordered to send the frames that were completed right away which I accepted. It would have been better if I had been informed much earlier that what I wanted was not in stock. The fact it still had not been marked as sold out bothered me and makes me worry this could happen again in the future.

I should have read the small print TWICE, if you think that you're getting TRANSITIONS LENSES & you actually ordered sunglasses, ONLY BE MAD at YOU (ME), my error. I learned on my second order, WHERELIGHT was gracious enough to send me a $50.00 off coupon, to fix my error. As I've said, I have ordered more glasses after my mistake.
