The service agency with whirlpool is a cheater and even after complaining to whirlpool they send people from same agency .. they even close the tickets without confirming to the customer if the same is completed and the same can be closed. This is completely unprofessional from a reputed organization. They also have no respect for elderly citizens and put them under pressure and the same caused them health issues. The mail sent to them also had no response. When contacted harish who is supposed to be sevice head... Not sure if he is and he is also rude saying only agency will come and none else .. I think whirlpool is losing its way and not working on post customer service.

The product quality is quite good during the initial years, and the build quality of Whirlpool appliances is impressive. I have purchased both a refrigerator and a washing machine from Whirlpool, and I was satisfied with their performance during the warranty period.

However, the real issues started after the warranty expired. The after-sales service is extremely disappointing. Service charges, spare part costs, and labor fees are excessively high. In my experience, the technicians were not adequately trained to diagnose problems independently and often relied on video calls with senior technicians to identify issues.

What is even more frustrating is that the same problem tends to reoccur within a short period after the repair. Each visit results in additional labor charges, making the maintenance cost quite expensive. The service process is slow, the issue resolution is often temporary, and customer support does not provide a satisfactory experience.

My conclusion is simple: Whirlpool products offer good build quality and performance, but their after-sales service needs significant improvement. If you decide to purchase a Whirlpool product, be prepared for potential service-related challenges once the warranty period ends.

I have not received an effective response from the Customer Care team despite making multiple calls regarding this issue.

I would like to warn others from buying whirlpool appliances.

We bought a fully automatic washing machine from Vijay Sales Ahmedabad on 16th of July 2025.

The machine doesn’t wash properly and also makes a lot of noise while vibrating. A washing machine is supposed to make noise but this is outrageous. It sounds like something is broken inside

We have of course called Vijay sales and we have gotten the number of the whirlpool service center.

The main person in charge is named Nirav Modi. He just stopped taking my calls and the washing machine is still not fixed. They keep on saying we will call you and then just stop calling. We are senior citizens and they are just dragging us into this.

The service engineer named Ketan Patel also had taken my details and also just stopped replying to my calls.

This problem started in my warranty time and we are almost one year later and no problem has been solved.

The whirlpool has a disastrous service and their quality is really poor.

We have unfortunately lost our money but I want to warn others not to buy the products from Whirlpool as the quality is so bad that it will not do what it’s supposed to and breaks down within a few months.

[17/06, 1:36 pm] 🌹: In june 1 st week, your service man visit to repair our triple door refregieator, he simply said our compresser not working
and replace new with worth of rs 13000 and take away visiting charges, i call local service man to check it again. He simply inject gas into compresser and take only rs 2000. Now our refregirator is running good. Your service man us cheater, i will feedback 0 only .

Actually the experience is very disappointed one, thought to write a review, they have to know the truth, if the have good review. But here I could see more and more disappointed customers in all sense.

Third class worful washing machine service is bad they had only one person complete to technical in thane area i taking 3 dayes to repair my worful washing machine emjejet so I changed my new washing machine with samsung top load washing machine is best service so don't buy worful washing machine go for other washing machine

I am extremely disappointed with my Whirlpool 431L refrigerator purchased in 2023. Within just 2.5 years, the fridge has broken down 6 times, which is completely unacceptable for a premium household appliance. Every few months, a new issue arises, causing inconvenience and additional stress for my family.

The product quality has been very poor, and the after-sales service has not provided a permanent solution. A refrigerator is expected to last many years without major problems, but this unit has been unreliable from the beginning.

I chose Whirlpool because of its reputation, but my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking for a dependable appliance. Whirlpool should seriously improve both its product quality and service support."

Very very Poor service and delays in everything

Very poor service and engineer visit in Faridabad. They charge heavily with GST and its 4th time they are filling gas unnecessary. Wasting consumer time, energy and money by their poor service quality.

Giving 1 star because O stars is not an option. The service from Whirlpool has been absolutely pathetic. My fridge has been facing issues, and despite raising multiple requests, the technician/service team has failed to resolve it.
Major issues faced:

Worst service ever...my double door refrigerator freeze control PCB board got damaged due to high current.To replace only PCB,they r charging me around Rs7000 just for PCB.The service charge has been paid already extra of Rs700.While the same PCB in India mart website costs only of Rs2200.

It has already been 4 days since I purchased the AC and nobody has come for installation. Your team keeps saying “we will call in 2 hours” but nobody responds. This is extremely poor service and very disappointing from Whirlpool. If this is not resolved immediately today, I will escalate the matter publicly and through consumer complaint channels.

Very disappointing customer support experience from Whirlpool.

We purchased a refrigerator and have been trying to complete the warranty registration for the past 2 weeks. Multiple requests were raised, but no one provided a proper resolution. One service person visited for the demo but left without completing the registration and simply said the invoice was enough.

The WhatsApp support experience was also frustrating. Even after clearly explaining the issue multiple times, the agent did not properly guide us regarding the warranty registration process and kept asking repeated questions without understanding the concern.

We had to wait for a long time just to get connected to an agent, and even after that there was no proper clarity or confirmation shared. Customers should not have to struggle this much for a basic request.

Expected much better support and coordination from Whirlpool.

Very poor service by Whirlpool. Our refrigerator has been out of order for the last 3 days, but the required part has still not been dispatched. Now the service team is asking us to wait 10–15 more days in this extreme summer. After taking full payment immediately, such delay is completely unacceptable. Highly disappointed with Whirlpool service.

I purchased single door refrigerator and machine was stopped only in two months.
I suggest no one should purchase whirlpool refrigerator, it is very very poor quality.
