Awful and rude. Transferred me from one department to another then transferred me back. Then the 3rd person I talked to was extremely rude and talked to me like I was dumb because I needed to speak with a technician and when I asked how to do that he said he doesn’t know because it’s not his department and he hung up on me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
They accept your order and give you no reply about the status. If you follow up, Customer service is rude and just tells you to wait until the shipping date.
Now it has passed the leadtime they promised (2 months without a stove waiting for this part) they tell me, oh it’s in backorder, we don’t know when it will ship.
They have no concern for customers.
I’VE BEEN TWO MONTHS WITHOUT A STOVE!!!!
Terrible, unreliable company and customer service department to match (as they could have warned me but chose not to because it is just easier to wait, they don’t have to open the order in their computer).

I ordered plastic repair parts for my dishwasher for $4.20 per part and I ordered 2 parts. Total was about $19.85 with shipping. I received 1 part that they charged me $12.90 for the one part, plus shipping. Website still lists the price as $4.20. When I wasted my time calling me they said price is $12.90 and we really dont care what out website price says. Thanks crooks.

I got a replacement freezer gasket. It wasn'as substantial as the original. After followingg instructions the freezer temp went up to 15. I called and was told to try to do more to get it to work. The gasket is just cheap

Originally I was not thrilled with whirlpool after my locking mechanism broke on my washing machine last night....Bought it in April 2023 so of course the warranty just expired. Seems they knew there was issues with this part as they upgraded to a new part number and lots of sales for the replacement on amazon. I understand things break but I'm so pleased I ordered the replacement part at 7 pm last night and had the part by 10 am this morning...part was in 10 minutes later...I paid for overnight shipping but this was amazing. There were better prices elsewhere but it would have never been shipped this quickly and with the satisfaction its the correct part (do your own research otherwise call the repairman).

Probably the worst company to deal with when ordering parts: over priced, LONG delays to complete your order and customer service is 100% joke!!!

Different part from the pic sent. Decided to try the fit anyway. Should have read the fine print to see if you test it or install it (leaving even the slightest bitty mark) they will not accept the return.

Searched for a part RepairClinic said was unavailable without an equivalent. Other sites did as well. For the heck of it, I went to the main website for Whirlpool, put in the model of my dishwasher, and it showed the original part as no longer available but showed another marked This part fits your Dishwasher. I ordered it. It doesn't fit - not nearly long enough. When I started the return process, I rechecked the website the same way I searched originally and the erroneous suggestion of the part I had bought was removed. I still am going to be out not only their shipping cost to me but double as much for me to return ship it to them. I did not know RepairClinic had bought the name or the rights to whirlpoolparts.com. I can tell you the info was not in sync between the two websites and it has cost me money and aggravation and, having never had an issue with RepairClinic in the past, I am sorely disappointed in them.

The parts department is a complete ripp off. I ordered a small plastic piece for my warming draw for my stove. It's literally a 25 cents part that they sold me for $12 PLUS $6 for shipping. I knew I was getting screwed but needed this little part. I got the part and they didn't even include a screw so I can screw it in. I called them back and they sell this little screw separately for $9!! Are you kidding me???? Will never again buy a whirlpool product.

Worst customer service ever. Paid $36.43 for 2 hinge bushings for a dishwasher. Shipping address was incorrect. Stuck in Fed Ex building, Fed Ex said only shipper can change address. Whirlpool Parts say, we can’t change the address once it is shipped. Therefore they have $36.43 charged to my credit card and I have no parts. They state there is nothing they can do. BUY PARTS FROM AMAZON - less money, free shipping AND you get the parts.

I ordered a part. The same day I called to cancel the order. I. was told that their company is too big and they ship too many products every day in order to cancel my order.
So when I received the order. I reached out via their website "Live Chat". Jason did not answer my questions about how to return the product. He then abruptly kicked me off of the chat without making sure that I understood the process.

I contacted the company asking if a certain part would fit in my refrigerator. They confirmed it would and when I received it, it did not fit. I now have to pay return shipping on a large part. I contacted them a few times asking if they would pay return shipping and I will exchange the part fort he correct one but they said no. The customer service is terrible especially since they confirmed the part was correct and would fit with no problem.

I ordered refrigerator door handles in stainless steel they came in Black. The order was wrong another order came in and it was the wrong part and I had to pay to send that back. Then I ordered refrigerator handles and they were defective the screw would not go through it was bored incorrectly therefore a screw. Could not go in properly to attach. For the grand finale your employee Leticia couldn't realize that I was at my Wit's end and tired of calling Whirlpool to do something I had already mailed pictures of this asked for replacement part no such luck they are incompetent. your employee Leticia is very rude and once I was tired of her trying to just pass me off or just give me my money back instead of giving me the part that I deserved that I paid for. She began to call me a child and tell me how I needed to act like an adult because I was tired of the lack of care and concern from your customer service very rude. She was very very rude how dare you talk to me the way you did Leticia.

My machine stopped working within a few years of purchase. The customer care team was not bothered about my complaint. They were not ready to replace or repairs the machine.

The website has an Irish URL but they ship the parts from the UK. So you will get hit with additional customs charges.

This is incredibly misleading.

New Whirlpool Top-Loading Washer needed a
drain hose extension kit. The cheap drain hose that came with the washer was too short. So I found Whirlpool Parts online, looked like they had their act together. I found the extension kit I needed. Website claimed they had them in stock. I made the purchase that morning, paid $23 for FedEx Overnight, was informed by Whirlpool Parts that my order would ship the same day and be delivered the next. Next day came, late afternoon, FedEx couldn't deliver what they didn't have. Only the shipping label had been created. I called Customer Service. After a long wait on the phone plus providing the model and serial number of the washing machine I was finally issued a full refund.

I ordered two refrigerator drawer replacements for my Whirlpool unit in December 2020. I received no updates but whenever I checked my order status online, an estimated backorder date would continue to slide, month by month. After nine months, I requested an update (18SEP), and the live-chat representative (Jessica) would only read me new estimated backorder date. When I asked if the "factory" could be contacted for more information on whether or not the item was being discontinued or if it would ever show up, she ignored the question and give me an ultimatum to either cancel the order or wait. Terrible customer service employees and terrible logistics. I will be avoiding Whirlpool products from now on.

Changed from "in stock" to "two and a half month backorder" for rollers for upper dishwasher rack.

Whirlpool ships new $1700.00 refrigerators without some of the door bins and shelves. I go online and see they want $60.00 to $71.00 for the chintzy plastic bins. Other parts -- they don't even offer. Buy a Frigidaire.

Followup - The refrigerator section does not include an air filter in the air intake. You have go on the hunt and buy one yourself...

Ordered a part in early December 2020, which they said was in stock. They FINALLY shipped it in May 2021, without seeing if I still wanted it, and wouldn’t cancel the order (I don’t even own that appliance any longer). TERRIBLE shipping and customer service!! Would never order from here again!!
