I had a lovely experience at Wickes. I was served by Raeesah, the lovely young lady at the till. She was extremely kind, professional and helpful. Super helpful staff

I'm really pleased with the customer service I received at the Wickes Catford branch. Attitude of Staff
When I went In today I met Ben and asked for help to carry 2 bags of Cement and load it in my car as I am a Cardiac person and 77 years old, without any hesitation he spoke to a colleague on his head phone as he was busy and asked me to go to the isle where the cement was, there I met his colleague he loaded the 2 bags and I wheeled to the counter there he saw me and helped me to the counter and I while I was paying the cashier girl was very patient as it took a bit of time as I left my trade card in the car she waited and was kind to me while I was paying, when Ben loaded the 2 bags of Cement I asked him who was that girl he replied it was Kay, I have been going to tis store since 2010 , I have never met any of the Staff so kind and helpful.
I am very grateful for to these two of your staff, they are an asset to your store.
