Super helpful staff
We visited Wickes in Catford this evening to buy some materials to build a patio. We couldn’t immediately see what we needed on the bays, but Tim and Chris helped us find what we needed from the palettes out back - thanks guys!

Attitude of Staff
When I went In today I met Ben and asked for help to carry 2 bags of Cement and load it in my car as I am a Cardiac person and 77 years old, without any hesitation he spoke to a colleague on his head phone as he was busy and asked me to go to the isle where the cement was, there I met his colleague he loaded the 2 bags and I wheeled to the counter there he saw me and helped me to the counter and I while I was paying the cashier girl was very patient as it took a bit of time as I left my trade card in the car she waited and was kind to me while I was paying, when Ben loaded the 2 bags of Cement I asked him who was that girl he replied it was Kay, I have been going to tis store since 2010 , I have never met any of the Staff so kind and helpful.
I am very grateful for to these two of your staff, they are an asset to your store.

Storage box

Quick service, efficient store layout
I was able to quickly find the item I wanted upon entering the store and easily find my way to the check out area. The staff at the till (Timothy) was both efficient and friendly as he rang up my purchase.
