I walked in not having a clue what I needed, walked out with the right product, at a great price, with really friendly, helpful and non patronising service. Simple things make me happy as a consumer, these are those!! Steve F and his colleague gave top top service.

We have not had our bathroom delivered yet but as far as the design and sales went I can highly recommend a visit to coco in store.
Coco is very and knowledgable and helped us create a small bathroom. I have been very impressed with our visits in store and look forward to receiving the new bathroom

Carlo was an excellent help in choosing which timber I should use for my extension. He called his friend Ed in for extra help also and they both gave a great service!

We designed and ordered our kitchen through Wickes. After an initial issue with a kitchen fitter we were allocated Clem, Michael & Lyndsay. They were fantastic from start to finish, very professional, polite and efficient. Even came out to sort a few snagging bits. We are really pleased with our new kitchen, huge thanks to Clem, Michael & Lyndsay.

The design Consultant Colleen Astridge ( Coco) was very helpful in advising me in all aspects of choosing my new kitchen . Coco was very professional and patient as I am a 83 yr old man and made me feel safe and comfortable in the store and on the phone. When the kitchen was completed she visited and helped me with the registration of all the electrical goods.thank you Wickes and Coco .

My bathroom expert at Wickes was Coco. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable. She advised me expertly on design and colour scheme. I have a small bathroom and she has managed to pull the design of my bathroom together so well. Coco was brilliant when I couldn’t get hold of people to finalise dates for delivery and when an item hadn’t turned up she made sure I had the item before the end of the job. Coco has made the whole process seamless and stress free. The end result is amazing. Thank you Coco.

I visit Wickes Eastbourne often, to buy products for work.
On this occasion I visited for several doors of different sizes, without having been able to identify precise product codes online.

Staff were very helpful and patient!allowing me access to the internal PC, pointing out aspects I might want to look for from what was available, and also leaving me time to scroll and select - a great mix of assistance, guidance and letting me choose in my own time.
When my basket was complete, as suggested I called Ben back over and he completed the purchase with delivery arrangements.
This is why I go to Wickes. Treated like an adult in a friendly helpful fashion, at a decent price. Can't really ask for much more, 5 stars

I visited the Eastbourne branch for help with an unusual DIY problem. Steve Fulbrook was incredibly helpful, understanding my issue and providing parts for an improvised solution. I couldn’t have done it without him. He deserves a pay raise or promotion as he’s a valuable asset to the company.

Coco the designer at Eastbourne wickes was brilliant and had great ideas. She was on hand throughout the whole process. Stephen turner the kitchen fitter did a marvellous job. Great communication and excellent attitude. Love my new kitchen it looks fab. I will upload a picture eventually

Wickes Eastbourne Bathroom Design and Installation experience was 5-star from start to finish. Costly however well done. Robert Hicks, Design Consultant assigned Excell Installations to assess, modify and install the Wickes Wet Room. Excell assigned the Plasterers [Sid] and together exceptional workmanship, attention to detail; as well as consistent and reliable attendance ensued. Thank you Gentleman. Karen, our assigned Installation Experience Co-Ordinator was also helpful with exchanges and returns of Wickes products during the bathroom Installation. May I suggest acronyms, I.E.C. Team might serve you better, it’s a shorter title. Overall our Wickes Bathroom Installation experience was 5-Star. Thank you all.

Would highly recommend this store and in particular a lovely lady called Catt. I was struggling due to anxiety attack and this lovely lady helped me find everything I needed making my experience less anxious and she regularly checked I was ok. Wonderful staff and would definitely be returning soon

Wickes - Eastbourne. From the initial visit to going ahead with the bathroom, was a very seamless journey. Coco was absolutely brilliant she listened to my needs and delivered! From measuring up on the home visit to picking the best spa bath for my health condition and the finished design result was excellent. Her customer service was bang on and we are so excited to get this done now so we can start enjoying it. A***

CoCo in the design team has been fantastic. She totally understood what I was trying to achieve and got the design spot on first time! She has gone out of her way to be extremely helpful. I would highly recommend

We decided to bite the bullet and go for a new kitchen. I was dreading the mess and upheaval but Coco, our kitchen designer, put our minds at ease and listened to what we needed and wanted. She was also always on hand to answer any questions we had.

Lee the plasterer, Liam ‘the gas bloke’ and Richard and Ben the electricians, were all friendly, helpful, clean and tidy and I’d highly recommend them all.
Onto our kitchen fitters …… Clem and Michael Honorato. Simply the best! They always arrived early and worked their socks off until they went home. They were friendly, always listened to our questions, advised us when we weren’t too sure of things and updated us each day. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for us.
Oh and Clem has a cheeky sense of humour. He needed it when I accidentally stood in his newly laid, wet cement! I honestly can’t praise them enough.
The only negative (and I hate to leave a negative) was that our new kitchen didn’t arrive on the designated day because our order had apparently ‘fallen off the system’. We then had to constantly chase Wickes because they kept changing the revised delivery date. Thankfully, the kitchen eventually arrived the day before Clem and Michael needed it. Phew.
All in all, we absolutely love our new kitchen and we can’t thank Coco, Lee, Richard, Ben, Liam, Lynsay and especially Clem and Michael enough!

Edit to say that I’m totally unimpressed with our worktops. Three weeks in and they’re noticeably scratched, just from light/normal kitchen use. We were told they were hard wearing. Not happy.

Lovely young lady called Cah helped us with getting 3M cladding from shelves and into car.
Thank you, a credit to your store, much appreciated as both of us limited with either lifting or walking.

It’s that time of year where we all decide to decorate our homes. I came to wickes to buy the standard paint and brushes. Knowing that it would probably sit in a cupboard for the next few weeks. Spoke to a lady called Catt and she was so helpful. Helped me find the perfect colour for my hallway. She helped me pick a couple of different brushes for all different jobs. She spoke about how she enjoys painting and showed me a photo of a room she had recently painted. She really complimented the wickes own paint and how the coverage was great.

On her recommendations I got a lovely blue paint. Cutting in brushes, rollers, filler.
Being a little slow on my feet she was really patient with me and even helped me to the car.
