Ordered 13 boxes white tiles, 3 boxes carbon black at the shop in Eastbourne on Tuesday. 13 boxes of white tiles turned up fine no problem on the Wednesday, but they only sent 3 individual carbon black tiles. Went back to store and they had only ordered 3 individual tiles. Re ordered for next day delivery (Thursday), but didn't show up. Rang the store today, spoke to manager to ask where they were said i would have to ring customer service and put the phone down on me. Rang customer service and said they should be delivered today (Friday). I deliberately ordered to get them early as tiler was booked for Friday and at the moment he has been sitting around for 4 hours waiting for them to turn up. I asked to make a complaint regarding the store manager hanging up on me, and was told to go to complain in store to the manager or they would email him. How do make a complaint against the store manager to the store manager? Was told that was my only options as per Wickes policy. Not happy with the customer service, took the money and now there is an issue they don't care.

From design to installation we were very pleased with our brand new kitchen.

Our kitchen fitters Clemilson and Michael Horonato were superb throughout the entire installation. Every detail was thought out and he always came to us for any slight change that required our confirmation. Reliable, very hardworking, polite, clean and tidy. 100% recommend.

Amazing service by Dan P in Eastbourne. He was very friendly and knowledgable and even helped me with putting 20 bags of soil in the boot of my car. Grey experience, thank you for your help!

I recently had my bathroom redesigned by Coco, a designer at Wickes Eastbourne, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Before the redesign, I had several issues with my old bathroom, but the transformation has been incredible. The new design has completely revitalised the space and made it much more functional.
The fitting service provided was excellent. The team and Coco were professional and efficient, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. I'm pleased to say, so far, there have been no plumbing issues since the installation.
The combination of Coco's design expertise and the quality of the fitting service has really made a difference. I would highly recommend Coco at Wickes Eastbourne to anyone looking to redesign their bathroom.
I have complete faith in their aftercare service, knowing that they will be there to assist should any problems arise.

Thanks to Coco and her design experience and communication with the efficient fitter .Everything was done with efficiency ease and friendly reassurance.
My kitchen has been totally transformed ;it’s my favourite room now.

I ordered a big bag of logs online. I really wanted 2 bags but the computer said, “No only 1 was in stock”. In store I asked when more would be in stock and Ben said that they had more. He went and picked one up for me and processed the transaction for the extra bag, giving me the discount of £8 I was entitled to for buying 2 bags. Ben then asked if I needed help carrying the extra bag to my car. I was delighted.

When we visited the store we found it clean and well laid out. One member of staff called Catt was particularly helpful and assisted us to find what we needed.

Went to the store for a few things, needed some paint - kinda specialist metal paint which they luckily had on the shelf! (Did better than Screwfix in that regard), shop was very presentable and shelves well stocked. Was served by a very nice young lady called Katt, who also answered a few questions I had about other things - which I will be returning for in due course.

Went to buy big bags of log from eastbourne branch few days back. I asked the staff for assistance and a young man volunteered to help me load the trolley with care and a pleasant smile and very polite. I am a senior and I do appreciate such help. Conner the young man even loaded the logs into my car.

Went in with a rough idea of what I wanted. Spoke to a lovely lady called Kat/Cat. She was really helpful and is always smiling when we see her.
The other staff all seem relaxed and look like they enjoy the people they work with. Really makes shopping more pleasant when the staff are happy.

I've used Eastbourne wicks for years and it's always been a helpful shop with everything I need. Today I went in to get some plywood. They had what I wanted in stock and when I needed assistance to lift the wood onto the roof of my car one of the staff called Ben was very willing to be of assistance. Thank you for providing a great customer experience.
