Major confusion over deliveries - who from, what date and time, last minute notification, multiple deliveries instead of one smooth delivery with a clear time and date. Customer services shut before texts arrive so you have no chance of talking to anyone to sort out problems. Three days off work to take deliveries instead of the one I was promised. Really poor. No response from email complaint last week. Thought that was last minute but, no, turns out 12 hours is enough notification for yet another delivery. Chose Wickes because I was promised a streamlined service and having had a nightmare with another company for a kitchen refit, I really wanted to avoid the same problems. Not a cheap bathroom fitting either. Fitter didn't attend when he said he would for the initial survey. Had to chase that. No confirmation of fitting date. Had to chase that. Yet more time spent hanging around on the phone, project managing. Over-promise and under-delivery so far. The bathroom had better be worth it by the end of all this hassle. Not that Wickes will care. They just want to take your money and expect you to work around their systems, rather than have any regard for the paying customer.

I applied for some funding via the Wickes Community Programme. All the staff I made enquiries with at the Morecambe branch of Wickes were super friendly and helpful. Gordon approved my application and went above and beyond to help me with my products- some paving slabs for laying a path to improve an overgrown community space. A genuinely lovely chap! Thank you!

The staff member Vicky was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond in helping me in the Lancaster store, she helped me carry a long piece of wood from my car to inside the store ,to make sure I got the correct one, as there were that many to choose from ,she saved me from a lot of stress I went home very happy but only cos of how helpful and caring she was .

Janine was excellent in guiding us through both of bathroom redesigns and recommending local installers who finished our bathrooms to a very high standard.

Wayne is a very knowledgeable designer. He gave options on the design and was very informative. This helped us make the right choices for our kitchen.

Got our kitchen designed at wickes and Janine the designer has been great from start to finish, very professional, helpful and thorough . Kitchen is of good quality. Wickes have been great to deal with.

The salesperson Janine was extremely helpful during and after sales we had one or two reasons for some assistance especially with downloads etc and Janine could not have been any more helpful super member of staff with very good customer support 👍❤️

Wayne has helped and supported us thoroughly through our kitchen design and has been excellent in explaining all the different things. Would defo recommend Wickes and especially Wayne. Thank you

Janine Bateson helped us with designs and quotes for a new kitchen and bathroom. She was super helpful and and worked hard to come up with some great creative ideas and solutions. She was kind and patient with us and responded quickly to our many enquiries! Thank you Janine for all your hard work. Highly recommended.

In Wickes branch in Lancaster/Morecambe I needed three things and didnt have much time to search for them. An assistant named Vicky helped me right away and saved me a lot of time. Great service.

I came in today looking for some exterior mildew cleaner and upvc cleaner and Vicky at the morecambe branch was very helpful in taking me straight to the products I needed.

From our initial query all the way through to our kitchen design the service from Wickes has been entirely professional throughout.
Our initial contact, and designer, Wayne has been outstanding in the way he visited our property, did the early design, then proceeded to fine tune until we reached the end product. Wayne was creative and helpful throughout. Highly recommended by me & Allyson

After his initial home visit & design of the new kitchen he has been so profesional, kind & courteous & has listened to all my requests & made suggestions that have been much apprecited. Communicating well and being clear about pricing and payment options

Wayne was punctual and professional in his approach. He provided a thorough assessment of what needed doing and was informative and polite throughout. He was also very open and honest with us around some particular aspects of the work which gave us food for thought.

Had a great experience with Wickes. Wayne did the design, came out and measured our bathroom. Offered some good advice and various options. Went into store the following week to see the design on screen and finalise the plans. No pressure given a few weeks to decide. We decided to use our own installer, electrician and tiler. But Wickes offered a delivery date to suit. They made changes to some deliveries to ensure we didn't receive them too early. Then the actual delivery and installation went fine. Couple of extras we did not use (toilet roll holder, grab bar). These were returned and refunded, without any hassle. Wayne stayed in touch throughout and we cannot fault him or the Wickes Team. Lucy was very kind and helped us today at Lancaster store. She was very nice and knowledgeable. At the desk we were helped by David, which again was very pleasant. We had a very good experience today in your store. Thank you.
