I have been buying equipment from Widescreen Centre for over a year now. I was new to astrophotography and Joseph, Simon and Elena have been great at providing advice on equipment, keeping me up to date with stock and offers, and overall helping me on my astronomy and astrophotography journey. I would 100% recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase equipment and looking for honest/friendly advice.

I was searching for a ZWO AM5 and almost everywhere was out of stock and awaiting new supplies from China, however these were delayed due to the Chinese New Year. I emailed The Widescreen Centre after seeing they had one in stock. I was shocked to receive a reply just 2 mins later from Elena confirming that they had stock and that the courier was due imminently. I placed my order straight away and was very happy to get confirmation that it had been dispatched by courier and I would receive it the following day - which I did! Extremely happy with the AM5 and the excellent customer service from Elena at The Widescreen Centre!

I visited the stall at the International Astronomy show today and I found the stall owners particularly unhelpful and certainly didn't appreciate the value of "nurturing" new customers who are just starting off on the Astronomy journey.
I'm not going to go into detail of what happened here but suffice to say this was my first encounter with "The Widescreen Centre" and I will avoid using them in the future.

Fantastic service given by Simon at Widescreen. He was undaunted by the problem we had with a jammed lens which eventually had to be sent back to Questar to be mended, this all took time but it arrived safely back from the States and is now back in operation all thanks to to Widescreen. Would highly recommend.

I decided to replace the stock focuser on my Esprit 80ed with a Feather Touch and a ZWO EAF - A special adapter had to be manufactured in the States. I wanted the whole thing to connect to my existing equipment (also sourced at the Widescreen Centre) - And all this during a pandemic and some significant changes at the manufacturer in the States. The equipment arrived with me today in perfect condition with everything down to the last screw included in the delivery. I have successfully mounted everything, and the setup exceeds my expectations and all bang on the quoted budget

After searching everywhere for a televue 2x 2" powermate, i came across Widescreen who were showing the item in stock. After a quick email and almost instant response confirming that it was in stock i place my order and received it next day in an amazingly well protected package.

I needed one item that was not in stock, I asked for availability and received almost immediately a reply telling me that it was actually coming the day after.

So I placed the order, and indeed the day after the item arrived and it was shipped with a next-day delivery.
