Delivery delays again.
Seems to be common occurrence with their chosen couriers - Evri.

The courier lost my original package but when I emailed wiggle they got back quickly and sent out another package.

It seems like the business has to be shutting down. Ordered early on a Tuesday hoping it might even get dispatched the same day, but it actually shipped 8 days later. It sat as ‘processing’ for almost a week. I couldn’t easily cancel when I saw it was taking so long. Even their emails are off with the confirmation coming super slowly and all the emails I receive today (29 October) give a latest estimate for delivery of 27 October. Pretty poor show.

Items were sent quickly, but were both poor quality so I decided to return them. The information on the website for returns isn't clear and lacks basic information for what you should do. A kink for a returns form goes nowhere and then you just go round in circles trying to find more info. There IS ABSOLUTELY no way you're going to be able to email or phone Wiggle/Sports Direct. Even a ChatGPT search of the web didn't turn up that info. Only after printing my invoice did I find the instructions for returning items. You have to pay for return postage, which lots of other retailers don't make you do. Never using Wiggle/sports direct again.

Bought 2 items of cycling clothing, both turned up and I don't know who the sizing was for but they must have been done on a 10 year old. So I have to return them at my expense, I've paid a fortune in postage and packing and have nothing to show for it. Won't be using Wiggle again.

Order placed on 15th ...next day delivery paid for and estimated delivery date 16th. Writing this at 21.33 on the 17th (having stayed in all day) and parcel still out for delivery. Wiggle and Evri should be ashamed.

Zip up jersey was extremely thin and sizing was to small,im usually an xxl size but bought a xxxx just to have a bit more room, but now have the hassle of sending it back and wait a refund

Wiggle has gone right down hill!
I order two pairs of running leggings. I am quite slim and normally take a size 8 or 10. I opted for a 10 but they were so small I couldn't even get them over my knees! Normally (from any other supplier) I would return them and order a couple of sizes up, but there is no way to contact customer services, and it's not clear which supplied actually provided the legging, so unclear where to send back to. I will not be using Wiggle again, which is a shame because I used to get all my running and cycling gear from them.

Have sent me a tracking number that Evri don’t recognise, I can see this going wrong. This company asked me to review how they were doing, so this is honest and accurate feedback

The website was easy to use and the bike was received within a few days of ordering. Assembly was easy and it looks great.

Returns very difficult

The website is quite hard to brows with limited filters to sort the products for sale - the stock , range & prices are great & the buying process is solid & dependable, but the site is hard work to browse.

Good range, good prices, quick delivery

Evri the company you used delivered to the wrong address. We have a huge number on our door. I don't have my products and the people in the photo from the delivery company hasn't passed it on to me or the concierge.
