Great collection, good pricing, reasonably fast delivery (to the Netherlands, usualy 3-5 days).
Easy returns.
Only gripe: packaging is sometimes less than perfect: I collected a few ripped boxes in the last couple of years.

Ive made various orders at wiggle.
Shipping is fast and reliable.

Unfortunately the item from my last order was damaged during shipping.
The wiggle after sales team was of great help in order to solve this problem. Ultimately I chose for a refund as the item I purchased was no longer on stock. Refund was received within days.

Used to order from Chain Reaction and now there is this Wiggle for the Netherlands. The price at Chain Reaction is usually surprisingly low. Pity enough the price at Wiggle Netherlands is corrected for the Dutch market. Never the less, the price is still competitive.

The website and the app are easy to navigate and to order. Have not returned anything yet (not sure if that is just as ease as ordering).

Great shop for sporting goods and clothes. Returning items will cost you money, but understandable. However, they are quick to take your money, it will take weeks! to get it back. Just bear that in mind while ordering.

In respond to your answer, it took well over 2 weeks, more than 10 working days. FYI.

Good products and pricing, and great service! I always take the standard delivery which doesn't take too much time at all. I once had to ask for a receipt of a watch for the guarantee and they've sent it within the day. Only inconvenience is when size isn't correct, you have to place a complete new order (and price can be different from the price paid before).

Never had one problem, quick and at times cheap. You can trust this site !

Wiggle.nl heeft zeker concurrerende prijzen. De datum van levering wordt vooraf gemeld. Het zou de 14e augustus worden geleverd en de 9e al aan de deur. Goed overzichtelijke site. One small remark asbout the delivery. There was a big gap in the centre of the box. A hand good easely coming in. I only order some bicycle tires so it was no problem but the carrier didn't mentioned it.

Great shop! Giving praise allways feels a bit redundant, because it's so obvious that's actually the way you expect things to be, but at Wiggle you get excellent deals, fast shipping and carefull packaging! This is how it should be done! I'm one happy customer :-)
