Never doing buisiness with this company again. Almost 1 month after ordering.
Sad to see such a company making it impossible to get a proper response. CUSTOMER SERVICE? I'm wondering what that means. And don't talk about covid-19 because thats just to easy of an excuse.

Shocking service when things go wrong. No phone number to call.
All of the complaints are mainly from having to deal with year 2020 A. I version 5hit.0
If you like automated responses from A. I then this is the webshop for you. The personal responses from Billy, Jim, Bob, gazza and mickey et al, really are very endearing.
It gave me the impression of one big happy family working environment for these dedicated A. I workers..... Tirelessly beavering away in the cold depths to help me resolve my issue.
I was reassured over and over and over and over with thier assurance that it will be dealt with upmost immediacy.

Do yourself a favor and support your local shop, I wish I had as it took almost a month for my purchase to arrive. Round and round in circles with wiggle to finally get it resolved.
Being mainly all automated if things go wrong in the chain of delivery then get prepared to wait. A simple non delivery of my item because Dpd driver decides Friday knock off is 3p.m and I can wait till next week (watched this clown helmet drive back to depot with my parcel 25km away using tracking map.....Then they lose it, Unbelievable)
Dpd Belgium do not answer their phone ever.... and it's a paid line.
Want to fix it wiggle? Get a phone. Until then I will never deal with you again. Hiding behind emails is unacceptable. Many many people have complained but you still fail to understand that people want to talk to people when things go wrong .... Not automated responses that get sent over and over.
Customer ends up having to do Your job chasing different departments that do not seem to communicate whth each other.
I really sympathize for the poor souls who work for wiggle and have to put up with the constant re-ticketing of complaints from unresolved issues from frustrated customers, all of which could be resolved with a few well trained people answering phones.
Until then I urge you all to support your local bike shop. This whole experience has soured my future internet shopping purchases. Why should I get dicked around because shareholders want to take more profit. It's all easy to fix by hiring staff to answer complaints. Why can wiggle offer lower prices? Because they scrimp on customer service. If you don't mind being ignored then it is fine. I personally hate it and think it should be made illegal for companies to operate in this fashion with no phone. Believe me wiggle you're time will come when legislation forces you to change.
I for one am now going to support my local quality mountain bike shop even though I have to drive 30 minutes in busy Brussels to get there. They speak French there which I do not, yet the communication is still awesome.... Because they are human.
Wiggle you suck big time.

2 Weeks ago I ordered a dropper post for my mountainbike. Sadly, the package didn't arrive. The replies about this topic were very quick from them.
The service was really good, because they sent another dropper with Express Delivery (the first one was not).
Normally good not now
Normally I’m not complaining about Wiggle’s service. Only had good experience. But this time its pretty bad. I ordered a Wahoo Kickr core with cassette. When the parcel finally arrived, I noticed there wasn’t a cassette included. Very frustrating when you just spend a fortune. Oké no worries I contacted Wiggle explaining the situation. After days they finally answered telling me the cassette was included in their delivery. NO IT WAS NOT! Still not fixed :(
UPDATE: Wiggle replied and send me a new cassette. Thank you very much!!

Unfortunately i can only give 1 star, but there must be 0 stars. What a poor service Wiggle offers it customers when a 50 ct part of a new helmet is damaged. In stead of sending a new part for free, i have to sent the whole helmet back for inspection, while the photo of the damaged part speaks for itself or purchase a new part. The damaged part can easily be replaced by myself. Unbelievable what a poor service. I never ordering again at Wiggle.
