Very customer Friendly!

I was send a faulty Bibshorts, got in contact and they solved the problem very professional! Only downside are the delivery times to Holland. If you don't want to pay extra shipping costs for quick delivery it takes often more then a week.

Only one remark

Everything was perfectly fine. I only have one remark and that is the shipping costs. Even if you have big orders they still charge shipping costs.

Thanks for your review. Customers who place an order of €49 or more can select free delivery with track & trace. However, EU Next Day delivery using DHL is not a free service.

Unfortunately, we’re currently experiencing a few teething issues as part of a systems upgrade which means that we're not able to fulfill part of your order. We created a back order but had to cancel this because of insufficient stock. The error seems to be that stock is not being updated on the website. Our IT department is working hard to rectify this. Our sincere apologies. We hope to be able to offer you a better service very soon.

Difficulties and lots of delay with my 2nd order

On the 14th I received my 1st order. And I was very happy.
The delivery of my 2nd order I placed on 18-08-'17, is not going smoothly at all. First there was a delay at the warehouse. Then all of a sudden 2 of the 4 goods I received were undeliverable (they were in stock when I ordered). Now 10 days later I have still not received any of my items. Very disappointing!

We're very sorry about this.

Unfortunately, your order perished in a fire at the depot of our delivery partner on the 19th of August. We immediately set out to replace all orders that were burned in the depot, but some items were sadly no longer in stock by the time of setting up replacements. Only two of the four items could still be sent out to you. Your new order is on its way to you and we expect the parcel to arrive by Monday the 4th of September at the latest. The funds for the other two items have been refunded.
