Recommended

Fast deliverey to NL. Endura FS260 Pro Jetstream long sleeve is a very fine piece of quality kit. Tight non-flapping fit and comfortable to wear. A good baselayer is all you need for cold weather rides. I am 182 cm and wear size M.

New Balance 1400v4 racing shoes

Perfect fit, very light and comfortable. I used them to run HM and crossed the finish line after 1:24:25. My fastest tempo run so far (after ~5 months of training). Happy with the purchase from Wiggle for a reasonable amount of money.

Very bad retour policy

Great online shop bit if you have to return something, you have a big problem. First you need to pay €6,99 to send it via the post, then you find out that they refund only a certain percentage of the ammount you already payed for the item. So you always lose a lot if something doesnt fit. This is a risk way too big for me, so I dont purchase much on Wiggle anymore, cause I already lost money on it.

Disappointing delivery handling

So far I had a very good experience with Wiggle in respect of time and quality. Therefore still giving them 3 stars for the recent purchase, which is still not received. With a purpose I've chosen a specific delivery method because it was faster and suited me at that time. But there is a major delay and no updates whatsoever. I just have to keep checking the tracking number and the delivery point has no clue about the delivery status. Disappointing.

Very nice ergonomics

Really like it, hope it will last as well! More pockets on the front create a better balance between front and rear and you don't have to take it off as often. A second bottle in the left bag is possible, but you have to secure it from any wiggling. Minor issue: the "cable" on the low front did pass over the protective edge and cut into my belly, but this can be resolved.

Product review scores seem manipulated

Goods arrived well packaged and customer service has been helpfull, so definitely no faul there.

My issue is with the review system. Wiggle stimulates people to write reviews even offering them the possibility of a 100 pound reward, so they go out of their way to have people write reviews. I wrote four reviews; 2 five-star, 1 three-star and 1 one-star. I was surprised to find the five-star ones were published immediately and the two "negative" weren't.

I contacted wiggle about it, and no change yet. Can't believe I even bothered, probably not many people do, hence the limited amound of "negative" reviews. If you look at all the reviews across the site it quickly becomes clear that the overall review score per product is very positive. This seems highly unlikely to me, but I could be wrong.

Íf this is an indication of the sort of people that run the business, buyer beware.
