Guarantee claim after 1.5 years

Wiggle is a very reliable web retailer. After one and half years a problem occurred with my Speedplay pedals. After the inspection by Wiggle I received without any discussion a new pair of Speedplay pedals. That's great service and trust-wordy. Even the resending was very fast and in one week my issue was solved. GREAT SERVICE!

Return fee to be paid

When returning an item it seems you have to pay an extra fee of €3,40 besides the regular mail cost of returning the item you have to pay. Delivery was quick, just a few days. Be aware of UK sizes when ordering in Europe! Its easy to accidently order the wrong size as the website is in your language.

Unfortunately, returning items from the Netherlands or Belgium for reasons such as colour or size doesn't fit is not free. We are actively looking into the possibility to make returning items free for our international customers. // Helaas kunnen klanten uit Nederland en België artikelen niet gratis retourneren wanneer de producten niet passen of niet mooi worden gevonden. Wij hopen dit in de toekomst te kunnen verbeteren.

Very good and helpfull service

Before I ordered my items wich went really easy and were deliverred on time I e-mailed a few times with some questions and everytime I got an satifying answer within 24hours.

Will order again!

really bad !!!

you guys from wiggle ,have delivered nothing yet...so no product yet...that is very disappointing... also there is no telephone nr at your website not very trustfull !!! if the product is not arriving in the next view days..then I will try to get my money back . that is way my review is very negative. matthias sigmund

excellent service

I ordered High5 energygels. I got 2 boxes for the price of 1 box. Besides the sharp prizing the service was execellent. I will continue to buy at wiggle if I need items for triathlon.
