Order was placed and confirmed being …

Order was placed and confirmed being shipped on the 28th of april with an expected delivery date on the 10th of may. One week later I have still not recieved the shipment, but finally tracking information tells me it should be delivered within the next day or two. Probably more of a shipping comapny problem than a Wiggle problem though...

Overall OK an responsive, but have trust issues

I appreciate responsive support, and generally good prices on good products, but have had issues with both deliveries (not on time as expected) and irregular price adjustments (I've seen same article change it's price both up and down within 24 hours!). This bothers me.

Vi beklagar att det var strul med din leverans, det var verkligen inte meningen. Vanligtvis kommer paket till Sverige inom 4-7 arbetsdagar från att den har skickats. Angående priserna så justerar priserna relativt ofta beroende på marknad, valuta och vilken land det ska skickas till. Vi kan tyvärr inte ändra detta och kan inte påverka när det måste ske. Det är relativt naturligt att priser ändras beroende på lagret och marknaden.

Not good

Parcels that arrive either damaged or not at all. Products sent that have already been used, or are missing. And a bicycle recently purchased that was built to an ´correct specification.
if something goes wrong you might get a 10 pound voucher as way of compensation, but that forces you to go through the same experience again and remain a customer.
