The packaging was damaged until to the …

The packaging was damaged until to the inside. One could see that the original packaging was opened before. With other words : no new status!
Until now it seems that everything is working. ( Tacx cyckel trainer ).
In total a very bad and unsatisfying experience with Wiggle. You must have the guts to send this trainer in such a way to your customer.
For me no more Wiggle !!!

Stock availability not correct

When ordering all items were shown as in stock but later on the order was changed and some critical parts were not sent. This was apparently due to a change of IT system but I would have appreciated more information and been able to cancel the full order. Now I had to order the remaining products from another supplier.

How can you accept an order and then …

How can you accept an order and then not deliver it? wierd..sure I was tiold I would receive a refund, but I thught that was normal, oh well.

We are sorry for the trouble with your order.

We unfortunately have had issues with the upgrade of our system that we did not predict would happen. This has caused items to show on site that we do not have and orders for these items going through. We are working hard to remove these items and to correct our mistake which means we had to cancel your order. We can see the refund has gone through and we do apologise for the trouble with this.

We understand this is disappointing and we did not intend on this happening, we are doing our best to solve it and help as much as possible.

Warning

Warning: Do not sign up for their newsletter or you will end up with them cluttering up your mailbox. The possibility to choose at what rate you will receive their mail, does not seem to work. Select once a month and you will still end up with getting mails every day.. :-(
Also; delivery time of my items was longer than expected.

This is a issue we know about and are working now on new format and system for our newsletter sign up to be more accurate and to provide you with the news and the amount of emails you want. We are sorry for the hassle, we are working on this.

Regarding standard delivery to Sweden, this usually takes 4-7 working days and unfortunately we cannot change this however we can confirm that we have express delivery if you need it quicker.

Shopping is super easy with Wiggle

Shopping is super easy with Wiggle. However, the customer service team does not have very good or detailed information about their products, particularly when it comes to sizing. And returns take forever. I sent my item two weeks ago and it still has not arrived. However, I sent a return to Zalando and it took four days.

Always fast deliveries and returns works

Always fast deliveries and when needed to return items never had an issues either.
I always check wiggle first as they usually as well have a good price on most things.
