I did not receive the wig that I ordered. Plus it took longer to get the order. I reached out to them for a compromise versus a refund that they strongly did not want to do was to offer me $31 refund which I accepted for $140 wig that I can’t wear. The pictures that they post are not what you’re going to get that a scam.

I gave one star because I couldn't give any less. DO NOT buy from this company. They say they have addresses in the US but it comes from China and u cannot return it unless u pay 100's of dollars to do to China. The wig was a crappy wig. Looked nothing like the pic. I REPEAT...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The BBB has the same bad reviews for this company

Its a scam, i got item that looks terrible, nothing like in the wigsis site where you choose the item, hope nobody will fall in this scam like i did, i asked fo refund, but im sure they will never answer back, i lost my money

11/30/25 UPDATE: This wig that I was scammed out of for over $100 is now available on Temu for under $20!!!

11/22/25: This company scammed me for over $100! Their wigs are not up to par and looks nothing as pictured! They don't honor their return policy either and make you have to contact them to get a return address and permission to return the item which is a trap b/c their response is only to offer u multiple alternatives including an exchange a refund of $10! I paid $105 for this wig and all they want to give me back is $10! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I elected an exchange and then all communications stopped!! There are also complaints in the Better Business Bureau. Buyers Beware! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not order from these people. They are scammers. I ordered a wig and it took weeks for it to arrive. And when it did arrive, it wasn't even close to what l ordered. The wig came from Illinois and they want me to send it back to China at my expense. They have no respect for their black customers and you better not order from them or you will be left with a worthless product like l me

very bad service. wigs not matching web site products. I wish i would have read reviews before buying. I hope you will do your homework before buying or you will lose your money.

Please do not buy anything from this company; it has absolutely the worst service. It took the 7 weeks to deliver the wig. When I received it was horrendous, made poorly so I wanted to send it back to get another or refund. I have been going back and forth with them for 5 months to resolve this situation. They finally sent me a wig and another disaster. I paid $ 139. $ 36 to send to China and $ 20.00 for me to give to them to send me the new wig back to me! They refused to give me a label and then find out that I need to send the wig to CHINA ADDRESS. another 5 weeks. PLEASE I AM WARNING YOU, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you have a little hair you will not have any hair at all. Needless to say they refused to give me a refund on the 2nd wig and insisted for me to send it again to CHINA! All in all I had to pay a total $200. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Very Bad experience/
The wigs are more like “costume wigs”.
I purchased 2 of them and requested my money back right away per their terms. Still in the original box, wrapped and unworn. I probably have 20 emails back and forth requesting a proper mailing address to send them back . Instead I get the response a variety of responses on Joe to spend more money to get a new one. I have tried and tried to work with “Mildred”. It has been a losing proposition.

How could I have been so stupid? I usually check reviews and I didn't this time and what a mistake that was. It took 18 days to get a wig that was not even close to the one I ordered. I ordered a Remy Human hair wig in brown and got a synthetic blonde wig. After several attempts to communicate with them I got no response - ever! so I came here to vent.

garbage, plastic wig arrived and i paid 30.00 to ship back along with several emails demanding my money back. today, several months later the same package came back and no refund. scam company DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Wish we had checked these reviews out first. My mother ordered a wig from them. Box was nice, wig appeared nice. Took it out and it wasn't the same wig in the picture. We have spent two weeks trying to get them to accept a return. All they want to do is send us another wig and charge us a fee - saying that we get to keep the first wig as if that is special. $140 lost.

When I placed my wig order, I did it in good faith that I would get the exact wig I ordered. The one I received wasn't what I order, plus it was damaged in the front of the forehead, which made it unuseable. Their return policy only benefits the seller, this item was mailed to me from CA, but the merchant expects for the consumer to return items to China. Which would cost me $61.00 to mail items back. I don't want bore you with the back and forth details. Just know I got screwed over for $180.85, by the merchant and my credit card company which I will be closing my account with Capital One and I will never by anything from this company ever again. Worse experience of my life.

I ordered a 24" human hair, $400 wig from this company.
What I received was an $40 18" synthetic costume wig in a cheap box with no tags. The cap was all wrong. Absolutely NOT what I ordered. They take your money and run. YOU ARE WARNED. CRIMINAL COMPANY.

Received wig and nothing to do with picture in advert
Problem with return... would not give address to do so. Now must pay to get it cut and styled , I hope .
I agree totally with review statement. Do not order from this company if you want to use it and think it will be a likeness to advertisement.

this company is fake and liars. the wig I ordered looks nothing like the wig online on the web page. requested procedures for return of item along with money returned. no luck got of excuses. This is company is not about the customers only the money they receive. they contradict the return policy. wig was horrible.

Don't order a wig from this company. Seriously. I did because of price and I might well have flushed my money down the toilet. The wigs did NOT look like the picture. I'm told I need to have then cut and styled to look like the picture. I received a box that was supposed to have 2 wigs, but there was only one. WigSis said there was a delivery confirmation so I received the package. I went around and around with them about only being one wig, but they just kept replying with the same message. I paid $240 for a wig I never received. Ultimately they made me jump through hoops and gave me the run around to run out the clock on the 30-day refund timeframe. So then, im informed it's too late for a refund. They even had the gall to offer me a 50% discount on my next wig purchase. WigSis is hands-down the worst merchant experience I've ever had.

Company completely ripped me off and never had any intention of sending my wig. Sent me all kinds of notices [with tracking numbers that were fake] ensuring me that the wig was enroute. Then they said that they sent the package and I never received it. The customer service department are outright liars. I needed that wig and would have gladly paid $140 but they caused me nothing but grief. Then I had to contact my credit card company and get the $140 refunded. I was able to get my $140 back but you may not be as fortunate. DO NOT order from this company. Run away!

I ordered 2 wigs expecting well made
products according the the page websites.

-Immediately after sending the 2nd order I
requested a cancellation. The
correspondence I received was humiliating.
Instead of just cancelling, they continued to
offer % off discounts or refund amounts.
I finally agreed to keep the wig and get a $40
refund which I never received. The wig was
also not as described. The cap was not as
stated and was not human hair.

-Secondly, the other wig I ordered finally was
delivered and was not what the webpage
stated it would be. The cap was totally
Different nor was the hair actual human hair
which I expected. Again, correspondence
was the most humiliating. They sent an
incorrect wig and STILL would not
acknowledge the error or accept the return
wig. They continued, back and forth, trying
to justify the quality of the wig. It was not what I had expected to receive and I did not want it. Finally, I had to get PayPal involved. Wigsis finally, after 18 email exchanges, said I could return it, but, it would take a month to be received and could possibly get "lost" in the mail. I took that to understand that even if they did get the product back, they would say it never arrived and would not issue a
refund. Thanks so much for PayPal intervention.
This company is terrible to work with!!! The
products are substandard, product
webpages are deceitful and the return/refund
policy cannot be relied upon. Consumers
should beware of Wigsis!!!!!

Like so many others, I received a wig, but not the one I ordered. It was a Party City, Halloween. costume quality novelty wig, and I paid $125 for it!!!! Of course WIGSIS sent the wrong wig on purpose. And they have no intention of refunding my money; probably don’t even have the wig I ordered. What they do have is the audacity! They offered me a 10% refund and told me to go ahead and keep the wig. I mean what the hell do they care? I It’s worth like $10 anyway!!! They said I could choose ANOTHER “stock wig” and just send them ANOTHER $20 “for shipping”! They offered to “remake” the wig and wanted to charge me $55. They offered me 15%, and then $40. Why won’t they just apologize and send me the RIGHT WIG???? Because they don’t have it and never did! They have been scamming customers with this same scheme for years. They sent me a Chinese address and told me to go ahead and send the wig back but warned me that it would take a long time and cost ME a lot of money! Remember, they offered to send me a stock wig if I paid a $20 shippIng fee? They could send me a return shipping label. But they won’t. I paid $10 for shipping the first time; $20 is twice as much! But get this: The address they gave me in China was different than the place that supposedly sent the wig, and it was full of spelling errors. When I corrected it, Google showed me a cluster of HOTELS!!!!
