The only way this company could improve is to remove it from the web. If only I had read the reviews first! I purchased 2 wigs and neither looked like the picture. One would remind you of holiday tinsel on Xmas tree. Supposedly Remy human hair, it reflected light, and I lodged a complaint immediately and was met with resistance: would not provide a return address, wanted me to purchase yet another at 50% off without any refund on the first 2. It went back and forth for a week to where I said "I'll keep them for the kids at HALLOWEEN! (appropriate). DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, FIND WIGS THRU AMAZON WHERE YOU CAN RECOUP YOUR $$$$.

Do not buy from Wigsis. I agree with all the other complaints, word for word. The exact same experience The wig was 100% nit like the picture, and when I emailed them, they offered me the same scam...the wig looks fine, offered all kinds of gimmits to keep it. It is supposed to real hair, but I question that too. Turning it over to my card company as a scam

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews first and received 2 wigs that were not well made- in fact they are crappy. I immediately followed the return/refund instructions and included pics of the product and have not been contacted with a return label. This was 5 days ago now. I have emailed wigsis.com, opened a chat with this company and still no return label. Someone emailed me and tried to entice me with other deals (some requiring more money from me) and I emailed back to "just send me the return label and give me my refund." I'll see what happens next.

Stock pictures used for ads, not real items for sale. I ordered a silver, chin-length wig. Received a pure white long wig, so thick it's more like a horse tail than human hair, but the feel is of a synthetic wig, although it was advertised a Remy human hair. I tried to return it but you have to send a picture and ask for a return address by email. They actually wrote back to me that the white wig looks good and I should try to make it work! This site is a fraud and not at all customer friendly.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a ponytail I saw on their website in January and didn't receive it until late February, and they sent me something completely different. After contacting them, they said they no longer made the ponytail. It was misrepresentation and fraud. They told me to select another item, and when I did, they said I needed to spend $20 to return the first item to them and pay and extra $70 for the one to replace. If no t, they said they could give me a partial refund, but I am insisting a full refund, and a prepaid envelope to send back the wrong item they sent. I'll see what happens.

I ordered a wig from this company $140 cost. I never received my wig and after several emails with them the attempt was unsuccessful. I carried the tracking number to the USPS and they tell me that my product was delivered to an address on the other side of the of town. I informed wigsis and they said “ Have the postal service redeliver your wig to you “. Really . How can they redeliver something that was addressed to the wrong address . Beware of this company. I will certainly not be using this site again. It’s a SCAM

I guess I should have come here before I ordered from this company. It appears that my experience was similar to many others. I ordered a wig in the beginning of January and received it the end of February. I immediately contacted them because it was not the wig that I ordered. It was a cheap looking wig that did not fit. They then went back-and-forth with me about buying another wig and giving me a discount for it. They refused to return my money or allow me to return the wig. They just cut off communication with me. It is a scam company that has underhanded practices for the American consumer. Please beware!

I ordered a human hair wig from Wigsis. I finally received the wig more than a month later. It was a synthetic piece of crap that said medium on the label but was actually too big. Also, it was definitely not the style I ordered. I had no idea when I ordered the wig that it was produced and shipped from China. It was all a scam! Please do not order from this website. I suspect it's one of many they have on the internet so beware. I now have a wig I can't wear and no hope of getting a refund.

Terrible customer service. Product not as pictured. It took forever to get the wigs, so I ordered again, assuming they were lost in the mail. Finally, they came. Most did not look like the photos in the website so i need to return. Unfortunately, they go back and forth in email and keep telling me to try the wigs again. All wigs are brand new and the company will not give me the address for returns. Impossible to deal with. DO NOT do business with them.

I purchased 3 wigs from this company. The first one came and it didn't fit and did not look good on me. Within 1 day of receipt of the wig, I contacted the company to request a return. I tried for 4 days to get a return address, as wigs need to be returned within 7 days to get a refund. I wrote them everyday and sometimes, more than once each day. Wigsis wanted me to keep the wig, pay more money for another wig, yet still would not provide a return address. None of their responses included a return address. This is not a good company to work with. The second wig that came, is fine and of good quality. The third wig, never arrived, only a brush box arrived. The company has not responded to my repeated reports and inquiry regarding the missing wig. Again, this company is not a good company to put your money into. Buyer Beware

I ordered 2 wigs they didnot look like the pictures, the hair was thin at the top and the color sucked. I asked for a refund they have a New York address but want you to send it back to china. PLEASE DONOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased the Ideal Auburn Lace Front Remy Human Hair Long Wigs (SKU: HW04029) and oddly enough all it needed was some flat irons!

At first I was confused about it and didn't know what to think. My first idea was to dispute the charge and get my money back. Then after speaking with Lucy and writing a bunch of disputes notes, I finally ran my flat iron through it and brushed it out and loved how the hair transform into hair looking like the hair that grows out of my scalp. I love 100% remy human hair wigs but I still have to work out my wigs to look less detectable. from bleached knots to plucked hairlines to customizing the wig cap size. My work is never done with them. But they always look nice and feel comfortable after I'm done. I know it sounds strange but give it a try and see if you like the heat transformation. I did! The more heat to texturize into African American hair type, the more inch you may lose so go longer ladies!

Not going into the details concerning how I was defrauded by Wigsis, I now know this company Wigsis, is a Chinese company. If there are reputable Chinese companies out there, I would be surprised. Go on FaceBook/Meta, find the Wigsis site - (The Happy Queen), you will find everything you couldn't fit into a Dollar Store, is there. I have contacted my bank, it's in their hands now, where getting on the wrong side of an American bank is never where you wish to be. Next stop: the FTC.

Do NOT buy from this company! This is a CHINA company with NO phone contact and they send you CHEAP party store wigs that look like crap! They also make you pay through Pay Pal so you will NEVER get a REFUND! I only lost $105 where others lost hundreds more! Go to Wig Outlet!

few years ago i bought a blond human hair wig from these scammers, i got a red synthetic one...forgot the company and sadly bought from them again...this time it was a mans human hair wig i purchased. What came was a woman's long wig...tried to resolve it with "Lucy" with absolutly no satisfaction...stupid lady from china wanted me to pay for another wig at 30% discount...WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

They are absolute scammers. Do not, repeat do not buy a wig according to a photograph they show. You will not receive what you paid for. I have costume clown wigs that are in better shape than what they sent me (from China).

The downside to this review is that the company has moved on to a new name and created a score of new websites to run away from these kinds of reviews. That’s what they do. Buyer beware

I ordered a wig over a month ago, and I still have not received it. Very hard to get information from this company in regard to when I will receive it. I am not sure if I will receive it.

This company is a scam. They say the wigs are 100% human hair but they send 100% acrylic and the product is nothing like the ones shown on the website. I have failed a complaint with Ontario Consumer Protection/Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, Consumer Services Operations Division. Everyone that has had the same problem should do the same. There are more than 700 people who also bought their wigs but received another product. They are scams. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMPANY THEY ARE NOT SERIOUS AT ALL. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Wigsis is a Rip off and the company although based in China should be shut down!! I paid $170. for a wig, I wasn’t sent wig I ordered and the hair was synthetic (a stylist told me) returned the wig, paid $20 for shipping, got the new one today, still not what i ordered. At this point it’s a loss.

Not only was the wig misrepresented as a human hair (it's very synthetic and shiny) but it was the wrong cut. Had a hard time trying to return and get my money back. I had to settle my dispute with them for less than I paid for it. Never again will I purchase from them. Don't waste your money.
