Wigsis or whoever they are is a fraudulent scam. When I inquired about my merchandise I kept getting a fake tracking number to a fake website. I should have read the reviews first. Lesson learned! But im going to get my $$$ money back even if I have to take them to Judge Judy!

I had to give 1 star but I’d rather give 0. It took so long to come, the wigs were two different colors than what I ordered. I contacted them and asked for my money back. Due to this and the hair did not feel or look like human hair. For 7 days back and forth they offered me 10% - 15% of a $268.00 dollar order. It still isn’t settled. I will not use them again, I don’t like dealing with overseas. I would NOT recommend this company. They are not interested in the consumer, just the money people pay for their cheap product.

The wigs I purchased were the wrong colour , both looked totally different than what I bought online . They were not custom made. I contacted them wanting to return one wig and I received multiple emails offering me $15 refund for an $200 wig and keep the wig, she even said give for as a present . Do not buy from this china company . The person who corresponded with me admitted they are based in China and have NO return department !!!

I feel scammed out of my money. The wig looked nothing what I ordered when I received it!

Worst scam artist I've ever dealt with. No returns accepted and no refunds. TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!

I placed an order with this company because of the good reviews. I order a less dense wig with tapered bangs. What I got was a very very dense wig, wrong color and no bangs. I immediately contacted the company but after several back and forth all the could offer me was a 20% discount on another wig. NO RETURNS!! Even if it was their mistake. Ordering a wig is hard enough when you are dealing with hair loss but getting the wrong piece and not being able to return it is very upsetting. This is a company that is based in Asia. Returns are not feasible. For those who are suffering as I am don’t buy here.

Like many in America, I began purchasing most needs on line with the event of Covid for the past 4-5 years.
I have used dozens of sites available with great ease, and terrific customer service. Until purchasing with Wigsis.
I purchased a wig in mid September, paying for the product which landed with my bank on Sept 19, $82.00 When it arrived, I found it the incorrect style, and incorrect color ordered.
I notified them via their Internet site, advising them about their error. I was most willing to wait for them to send the correct order, or re-select paying any additional cost, and return the incorrect selection.
Since that time I have returned their e-mails, 6-8 separate times, each additional conversation refused any customer service consolation or agreements to my satisfation.
Their last email stated;They have refused to return the $82.00 I paid for the product I selected, and give me a reasonable price for a new purchase. I am austounded at Wigsis customer service, and am horrified they remain accredited by Internet sales laws which protect the purchaser from unlawful sales operation.

SCAM! You will be sent an inferior wig and they refuse to refund! DO NOT ORDER

I ordered a wig size that according to thier measure chart should have fit me. I notified them the day after recieving it that it was to small. They insisted on me exchanging it for another one that would cost me an additional $95. On top on the $196. I had already paid for the
one that didn't fit. I was not interested in exchanging because I was not happy with the density or quality of thier product. They advertise refund within 30 days if not satisfied. They refuse to refund my money.
Instead they offered me $42.
Refund and to keep the wig that is too small. I have been going back and forth with them on email for a month but they still refuse to refund what I paid for the wig. Warning! Do not do business with this company! They are from China and carry out fraudulent and musleading business practices.

WigSis.com doesn’t exist. The email is fake and the customer service is a scam. Lost $130.00 but others have lost more. No more Chinese wigs.

Wigsis is a fraud!!! It takes more than a month to receive your wig, and they send synthetic hair, posing as human! This is a Chinese company, and the wig is ship from China! Which means if you don't like it, you are stuck!!!

The wig I received is nothing like what's on the Wigsis website. I ordered a full lace wig and it can be parted freely. The wig that was delivered today has tracks from the front to the back of the wig. This wig is sooo matted and beyond tangling. This company is breaking the law, this is false Advertisement on their site. If anyone wants to bring a Class A lawsuit feel free to reach out

Not even a 1. Fraudulent company. Advertises that you can return but when you text for a return address they resume to give you one. Shut this scam company down. Making money on false claims! BBB should shut them down! Totally scam company do not buy from them ever!

SCAMMERS !! I ordered a wig that was supposed to be a celebrity's brand. The wig was supposed to be 14 inches and feathered back. Instead I got a 20 inch, lose curled piece of cheap garbage wig. Nothing at all like what I ordered. The color was way off too. It didn't even have the celebrity's label on it and came in a cheap box that said "Your present" lol!! I am in the process of trying to return it and "Mildred" from their seemingly China office keeps offering me 10 percent return so I can keep it and wear it! I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that junk! I could have purchased a better quality wig from the Dollar Tree! I am going to dispute the change with my credit card company today and warn everyone to stay away from these scammers!! There are much better (and faster!!) Wig companies, Wigsis is not one of them.

This company lies and cheats. I tried to cancel my order an hour after ordering. They would not allow me to and said it was already processed ... It took forever to get here.They took my money and sent me what looks like a dead groundhog... Nothing like what I ordered.

The wig I received was nothing like the picture shown on their website, colour and style completely unrecognisable from the picture I ordered my wig from. It's very disappointing as I waited a while for it to arrive. They have offered me to exchange or keep and pay more money for the same wig (why would I reorder when I'm probably going to get the same which is not what I want). The offers are ridiculous so I'll probably donate the wig to my local Caner Council Wig Service. From now on I will pay a little more and stick to Australian owned companies who offer returns and refunds without hassle.

I purchased a Curly Brown Lace Front Without Bangs Halle Berry Wig (CCB0612216) for 108.00 for an event The wig is horrible, cheaply made and looks nothing like the picture. I contacted the company serveral times and Oliva offered me a $15.00 refund or pick another wig. She also suggested I wash and come it out...saying they think it looks ok. I sent them a picture (I tried to attach to no avail). I would never order a wig from WigSis. Do not use this decietful site. I certainly will tell all of my friends, family, co-workers, and the talent I work with TO STAY AWAY away from WigSis. Imagine having one disgruntaled customer who lost $108.00, how much is WIGSIS going to loose with reviews like this...Please do forward it to WigSis and let them see Oliva's emails too.

Wig us not what i order and they are refusing to give my money back . I have number of emails i spent 220.00 on a wig and they wont even offer half back . This company is a scam . They are scamming american people .

Very difficult customer service!! Only would offer a small monetary concession instead of accepting a return!!
