For several days now, I have been unable to access your website from any device or internet connection. The page does not load or gives errors. I have tried different browsers, networks, and devices with no success.
In addition, your KYC (identity verification) process is extremely slow. I submitted all required documents and have received no update or communication for days. The lack of response is unacceptable.
Furthermore, my withdrawal request has been pending for an unusually long time. I expected the process to take 1–3 business days as stated, but it is clearly taking much longer without explanation.
I am now seriously concerned about the security of my account and the status of my funds.
I request urgent answers to the following:
1. Why is your website not accessible?
2. When will I be able to access my account again?
3. Why is the KYC process taking so long with no response?
4. When will my withdrawal finally be processed?

I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this online casino. I was forced to upload personal information, including my ID card, for verification. Shockingly, my account was disabled without any explanation during this process! When I contacted live chat support, they informed me that my account was closed due to unsuccessful verification. This is utterly ridiculous! I had completed the first step of verification, and for the second step, I needed to obtain a bank or government letter to upload.

Same old lies and excuses. Please please don’t play here ever. 3-5 business days off my last two payments of $1500 still not in site. Your only allowed $750 per transaction and even if it was one after another, they drag the process. I have never once cancelled or reversed a payment to stall the process, my account was verified for one payment. They lie. Save your money and play at a real site that won’t keep your winnings in hopes you play it back. Even when you reach out via email, live chat, they have the same automated responses with their excuses. I made a withdrawal, but they’re refusing to return my money. The only support available is a chatbot, and overall, this has been a terrible and likely scam experience.
