Best jewelers I've ever used.
Purchased a gold belcher chain from William May on 23/07/26 and it promptly arrived on the 24/07/26 via DPD, I am so impressed with my purchase it's exactly as described and in pristine condition, and the speed at which it was dispatched and delivered was also very impressive.
This is the second time I have purchased from William May and i will definitely be buying from them again in the future, so my advice to anyone looking to purchase any type of jewellery is to buy from this company, you won't be disappointed.

I bought a ring it ended up been the wrong size also ended up with a crack in it i got a reply the same day after emailing them they got me to send it back fixed the crack and also altered the size for me couldnt be more helpful

This was my second order from William May and I'm very just as pleased as I was with the first one. 2 items are beautiful. Delivery was quite quick and both items came in boxes
Only thing I would say is on the website I wish the photos were better. For instance I got some earrings and it would have been really handy to have a photo of them on a dummy to show the size?
I'm an absolute magpie when it comes to jewellery, especially pre-loved, so no doubt I'll be back for more soon!

Although very nice earrings the photo online shon them to be far larger so hence the 3 stars I bought them as a gift and I’m reluctant to give them as they certainly don’t look worth the price I’ve paid for them
