Cannot recommend Williams Way highly enough. We had to sell my mothers property using power of attorney during the various stages of lock down. Wil (director) and Richard (manager, Taverham branch) handled everything for us, in particular the viewing which with Covid presented its own set of problems. We were faced with a number of difficult issues during the sale but the calm and level headed approach of these guys ensured nothing snowballed into anything overly stressful. Estate agents do not often get great press but my brother and I have nothing but praise for Williams Way. Give them a go, nothing to lose, everything to gain.

I recently sold my mother’s property on her behalf. At the initial valuation, Wil refreshingly avoided the quick sale or overpricing approach of the other agents and provided a realistic valuation and appraisal but with quiet confidence his team would make a sale. This was just before Covid and online viewings continued when allowed resulting in an offer accepted. Not being in the area, Wil also set up a gardener to maintain the property through the summer until completion. A seamless experience with William’s Way.

I found Wil and Richard most helpful and professional in helping me sell my house which was a second attempt. It was good to find an Agents that actually listen to what you want and do not try to follow their own agendas. I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to sell their property.

We used Williams way to sell my late fathers property.
They were very professional but friendly and very helpful. We lived out of the area so they did all the viewings and always gave feedback after to let us know how it went. Unfortunately the corona virus came just after we put the house on the market but they still continued to market the property and did virtual appointments throughout the lockdown.
Wil was amazing and on one viewing discovered a leak from the toilet and actually went back to the house later and turned the water off for us as we couldn’t get up there.
We have now sold and are completing on the house this week.
I throughly recommend the family run business to anyone thinking of selling.

We dealt closely with Richard who was amazing at keeping in touch with us regarding our purchase. He kept us informed throughout each stage acting as a mediator between each of the solicitors. I suspect without Richard’s intervention we wouldn’t have been able to complete when we did.

We chose Williams Way because Wil came across as honest and trust worthy. His approach was at the very best and we put our property on the market with them. This proved to be the right thing and we had numerous viewings and an offer was made. Then the lockdown came and we waited patiently - finally the lockdown was eased and Williams Way were excellent in taking our home from offer to exchange quite quickly and kept all parties (buyers/sellers/estate agents/solicitors) on task to a successful outcome - top work and I'm quite happy to pay their fees. We can not speak highly enough of the work and help Williams Way did for us. The first time I met Will, he came across as a very considerate and honest person and his guidance was very professional. Williams Way came highly recommended by some friends and we are very glad we used them. They sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market. We had very difficult situations with our buyers which also led to follow on effects down our chain of 5. There were also issues further down the chain which made our sale and purchase go on for over 8 months. Throughout this entire time Williams Way were constantly chasing for answers and keeping us informed and in the end it would have all fell through if it wasn’t for their efforts. They made it possible for us to be in our dream home and we cannot thank or recommend them enough. Both the sale and Aftercare has been second to none.

Wil and Richard have been fantastic throughout the process of selling our first home. Whilst not being the cheapest quote we recieved we decided to go with William's Way because of their sincerity and honest valuation of our property. It was also great to be supporting a local family business. The photos Wil took were professional and really showed off our property on the adverts. The communication was throrough and we recieved a call every week updating us on the status of our sale.
We managed to secure a sale within a week of listing our property and it took less than 2 months to get through to completion thanks to the hard work of Williams Way and our solicitor (who was recommended by Wil).
