Excellent service at the Bolton office

Used Helen Grundy at the Bolton branch a couple of times for a sale and purchase. Just gets on with the job at hand efficiently with no issues. Communicates well and can get hold of her when required. Would not use anyone else.

Excellent Service

Our conveyancing journey was with Joanna who was very patient with our thousands of questions as first-time buyers. She always responded and kept us updated throughout.

We couldn’t thank Joanna enough for all her hard work, taking only 11 weeks from the moment we put our offer in.
We highly recommend Winder Taylor Smith Solicitors, you are most definitely going to receive a professional and expert service.

We requested a quote for conveyancing

We requested a quote for conveyancing, and received a quote promptly, but we had a few questions, after ten days with no response to the three questions, we telephoned, requesting the person take contact to us.

After another day we wrote to that person, could they possibly take contact now?

She wrote back the following morning, with an abrupt sms style email and with the excuse that her colleague had not informed her about our request until that morning.

It was obvious that this was not a company we could rely on to either do the job or to take reaponsibility for their own actions.

We requested any other assistant that they had available, we were informed if we did not choose the assistant that failed to answer an email for over a week, failed to respond to a follow up telephone call without a ridiculous excuse, if we did not accept that as professional service, we were welcome to choose another option.

I would not say that was an optimal response.
