Clearly supplied a faulty lamp and refuse to deal with it.Item purchased in November, for a present, discovered faulty at Christmas, and Windyys will not replace it.Very shoddy.
I was sent a product which did not reflect what was shown on their website - fraudulent I would say. The lamps I received were of extremely poor quality. They refused to send a full refund so in the end I had to settle for a partial settlement. Never ever use these people. That are totally totally unreliable.
Ordered two rechargeable touch on\off table lights. They are not stable and almost fall over as soon as you touch them to illuminate them. Plus you need to touch the switch numerous times to turn them on and off or change the bulb colour. Their customer service just avoids dealing with the issues despite numerous emails . These are cheap Chinese copies . Avoid this company like the plague. Will seek redress through PayPal which is just more time consuming and frustrating. Surprised that PayPal allow such companies to use their facility.
I bought a lamp from these guys. It didn't work. Wasted lots of time in email back-and-forths with their customer service team, sending photos / videos etc. as they instructed. They later claimed I had purchased the lamp from somebody else - and it wasn't theirs at all. Cut my losses and gave up. £35 lesson learned.
i ordered warm socks with non slip and a usb heat up scarf. I then decided to check on here and started to panic. I ordered on 26th Dec and received 13th Jan (not bad considering xmas and postal strikes) Both products are exactly as pictured and very warm and comfy
