Item in stock, delivery 5-6 Days. After 8 days made contact - Will send it out this week (Now Tues) then allow up to 10 days for delivery. Asked for the reason for this - NO reply! Read these reviews and then cancelled the order- Fingers crossed that I do not battle for the refund, if it has already been charged!

Ordered a wine rack and was told 4 weeks until delivery, now into the 5th week and have been told that the manufacturers are experiencing delays in their supply chain.
Delivery should happen within another 4-5 weeks.
I have now cancelled my order and the wait will now begin to see if I get my money back.
Unfortunately I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. I ordered "in stock" items. No contact from the company and when I chased and eventually got a response it was that it will be another couple of weeks. And then the same thing happened again. I changed my order to something they confirmed they had and have still been waiting weeks because they have issues in sending things as well as getting them in. I have paid, but who knows when or if I will receive the items. Like every other online company nowadays, they disavow any responsibility for actually getting the items to you. Bad couriers is not an excuse - they should complain / pay for better ones!

Ordered October 2021, now in Jan 2022 with no product and staff saying they’ve no idea when they’ll get the product, could be months more. (The product said “in stock” last year and currently says “in stock, delivered in 5-6 days”.
Emails and customer service were incompetent with no regard for their website continuing to lie about stock and delivery and the months waited by customers.
Do not order from them! Stay away and save yourself months of hassle.
Ordered my 2 wine racks in October 2020 for delivery 1st week in December. They took the payment in May 2021 and delivered in July 2021. All communications on what was happening were instigated by me. They would never update you on your order. Does it get worse than this ?
Absolutely dreadful company. Order arrived damaged and months later still no replacement. Apparently it was lost, brexit, closed I don't know. Really strong warning do not order from this company
A terrible experience. My order was continuously delayed, with blame placed on a variety of factors (supplier error, Brexit, warehousing difficulties etc.). When it finally appeared, nearly four months from order, my having sent over 10 emails to chase up delivery, it wasnt fit for purpose, being very badly manufactured and not 'assembly ready'. When I complained and demanded that the company refund me and collect the item, they processed the refund and told me to dispose of the item - they didnt want it back.
In my final email to them, I said 'you publish a telephone number which is never answered, and invariably says that the call is being made ‘outside your normal operating hours’. Not only is this extraordinary – I most recently called today (a Monday) at 1200, which seems to me to be about as ‘normal’ an operating hour as possible – but your message gives no information about what your ‘normal operating hours’ are. My conclusion is that you have no wish to talk to your customers, which on reflection, if my experience of your customer service and product quality is typical, is quite understandable, since I imagine that most calls wouldn’t be very enjoyable affairs for your staff. As to emails, whilst you do eventually reply, the delay is always measurable in days not hours, meaning that I have to be constantly applying pressure to get a response. Overall, I have spent quite a number of hours since mid-October, when I placed the order, and all to receive something months later than promised and that is simply not constructed to an acceptable standard'. The company's response, nine days later and following an inevitable chaser from me was 'I am sorry you have had a bad experience with us. I am currently alone for the UK, and am a part time worker at home with children not in childcare. The situation is not ideal and means that things are taking much longer to reply to than I would like'. As you can see, no attempt was made to address the issues that I raised. Draw your own conclusions

Only consolation is that they don’t take payment til item despatched.

i have ordered and paid for two large wine racks that have still not been delivered despite being promised to arrive within one week of order. i have repeatedly taken this up with the company but no-one is answering the phones or dealing with emails. avoid placing any orders with this supplier - i can only assume they have gone out of business.

I ordered a wine rack on the 29th December, understandably, with days until leaving the EU I did expect delivery to be longer than the time stated of 2-6 days on their website.
I paid £120 and received confirmation that it was in stock and I would receive it within 6 days.
After 2 weeks, still no email to say it's been dispatched, I emailed to see if it was on its way, no reply. 3 emails later, I had a reply to say it was out of stock and would be another 2-3 weeks.
Over 3 weeks later, I finally received the winerack, it definitely wasn't worth the wait, a load of cheap, tacky rubbish. It looked as if it would cost £10 and the wine bottles didn't even fit.
Since then I've sent several emails and calls for a refund and surprisingly, still no reply.
My advice, is do not order!!!
One star doesn’t even do this company justice. Order arrived after a 6 month wait. Put it together only for it to break in 4 places, narrowly avoided any smashed bottles by some fluke. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a wine rack, advertised as 6 day delivery. I was then told it would be March, I tried to cancel by phone by their number just cuts off and you cannot speak to anyone. Such appalling customer service, do not deal with these people.
I placed an order in November and only received it 28th Jan. The wine-rack arrived deformed. Either the handling during the delivery or it is very poor and weak quality. I sent an email with some pictures but so far heard back nothing. really disappointed.
Ordered a wine rack on 1st December 2020 with the website stating 14-days to deliver.
7-weeks later and it still hasn't been delivered with the reason being "...issues with the manufacturer and it won't be ready until March 2021" !!!
I really wish I had read the reviews on here as it looks as if people have had similar issues. The cost has been refunded to my account (Helen was very helpful) however, I'd rather have had the product I ordered.
