Dislike the hassle it is to get a hold…
Dislike the hassle it is to get a hold of somebody to talk to.
Tried numerous of times to change the payment date my insurance comes out on and been told it’s going to charge me to move it and also been told I cannot do this!
How do they expect me to pay on time if not allowing customers to move the payment date to a day that suits the customer. Very unhappy with this.

Done due dillegence checks by calling and speaking to them before signing up on line and never once told that premium would go up if score went down. Called them today as policy due to renew next month and i will NOT be using them again as the rep on phone just kept saying he couldnt comment when i asked if i would get a refund. He said the score would have had to go up a clear 10 points in order to get a refund and its actually gone up over 20 points but he still couldnt comment. Sureley their system should show real time scoring if that is waht they are basing the increase on? very robotic in his speal and no resolution
