Dishonest Company

I've have three large breed dogs and they all have their own insurance policy with this company. I pay and have been paying approximately 250 dollars a month for my dogs.

I have not filed any claims because I only anticipated to use them for emergency injuries.

Recently, my oldest dogs unexpectedly sustained a new trauma injury. He is over 7 years old with no history of medical problems.

When I filed a claim, only for the vet visit for 140 dollars, I learned that it will not be covered due to it being considered a pre existing injury. A 7 year old dog, with no history of medical problems, suddenly loses his ability to walk and its considered a "pre existing "injury.

When i signed them up no one informed me that I was supposed to get them looked at when they were healthy and uninjured. This practice is unethical and is intentionally deceiving to dog owners who believe they're dogs health is financially secured.

After paying for insurance for my three dogs for several years, believing that your company would take care of them when they sustained a new trauma injury it is heartbreaking to find out that youre not going to do what I anticipated your company to do. The sole reason for me paying almost 250/month was for new trauma injuries, which did not happen up until now and now I'm learning that you wont cover it.

I will be canceling all policies. I've been paying for years, not knowing they were never covered due to their loophole of "pre existing " injury.
