Ordered fence panels outside free delivery area.was told the extra price for delivery which I accepted.heard nothing for 20 days.contacted office and said that they tried to contact me.no phone calls or messages received from witham.if I paid the charge today I would have to wait another 3 weeks.i declined and was quickly offered a refund.this was processed quickly.on ordering these panels there is no info on how to pay the delivery charge.messages could have been left for me on my eBay page.

Excellent quality fence panel. Free delivery takes around 8 days. Get a call the day before d day to confirm delivery in the next morning but we unfortunately still miss in just 30’ out for lunch. The delivery team has been kind enough to leave my order in my front yard. Put it up to repair damage from storm Eunice in minutes. Much thicker and heavier than our previous fence panels. Very pleased! Well done, Witham Timber!

Great quality fencing not the normal flimsy rubbish from the large nationals, delivery made on time, fence looks great. No problems with ordering staff polite and helpful even when I had to change my order slightly as I ordered the wrong posts, difference refunded no problem. Would highly recommend this company

ordered a wooden gate on ebay. put post code in for delivery cost was told free delivery for my post code completed payment then they wanted another £25 to deliver. waste of time cancelled order and asked for refund

Poor communication. Ordered some fence panels. Heard nothing for a month. Gave them a call thought it would be long enough even in these times. I was told Transport were arranging delivery, the items were all in stock, just waiting delivery. Heard no more. Phoned 10 days later. Now the panels are out of stock! No idea when new stock will arrive! Such a waste of time. Order cancelled. Refund came through OK, would imagine they are used to doing them.

Excellent customer service, helped us out with what we needed and answered all questions, they let us add extra to the order, delivered within the time schedule, delivery driver was very helpful too, would definitely use again.

Excellent company to deal with. The 6’ x 6’ feather edge fence panels are superior quality for a very reasonable price. Delivery on time and driver very helpful, friendly and professional. A very good all round experience.

Ordered a replacement gate from Witham Timber. It was very well priced, and delivered exactly when expected. I even had a courtesy call the Friday beforehand to explain when to expect it. Very happy.

Always a worry when not ordering from one of the main stream supplies. I needn’t have worried at all, competitive prices, able to deliver (even though the big boys couldn’t) exactly what I needed. All arrived in good condition and all quantities accounted for. Had a call the day before to let me know when they were coming. Driver tried to accommodate my request (for it to be dropped by the garage). Overall a great experience - support your local business!!

No communication re order delivery,have had to phone them twice about when the delivery will arrive,was told the materials were on the way to them a week ago although their website says the items were in stock,still not had the goods,very poor would not use them again.

After shopping around found Witham Timber, they were the only ones that had all my fencing materials in stock and at a great price. Everything delivered exactly when they said and looks good quality . Highly recommend.
Delivery driver was great unloaded everything into my driveway

Appalling delivery man, rude, aggressive, unhelpful. Refused to put panels in garage a few feet away, when I suggested this was silly given it was right next to where he was putting them, he stripped off like a child and said he was taking them away. I phoned the company who tried to diffuse the situation and he said to his boss ‘if she f****** apologises for calling me silly and helps me I will put them n
Back’. Would be funny if it was not so serious, imagine if I was disabled or elderly? Could not possibly move them myself so my sister helped me move them the short distance from where he had put them. Owner of the company said he had never had a problem with him in ten years, having heard how this man was speaking to staff I find that hard to believe. If you are a strong man, you will be fine ordering from this company, the quality is good, but if you need some support putting items in a secure place, go elsewhere, you do not want this delivery man anywhere near your property. Improve - employ helpful and polite delivery people 👍
