His communication was excellent clear, quick, and genuinely sympathetic to our situation. He sourced the missing part and dispatched immediately and made sure everything was resolved without any hassle. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels this personal and attentive.

To look at the tap is amazing and does as it should but please before buy this tap read the reviews. The tap leaks after use and on reporting this to wodar you are told to check various things such as correct installation and water pressure.
On telling wodar all is as it should be they come up with another list of excuses instead of sending over the part needed to fix the dripping tap.
On spending a lot of money on the tap and a plumber it is leaking still and wodar know this is a common fault. Instead of appeasing the customer with a free part they come up with excuses for what is known as a common fault.

We purchased a tap from Wodar and after installation we found a small issue. Reported on Monday morning to the service desk and on Tuesday afternoon we received a new tap. Assistance was super fast and professional, recommend!! Thank you Jonny for assistance!

Wodar Taps are excellent value for money and look so expensive. I purchased the 4 in 1 boil and filter water, I am a convert as love both options, so much so I purchased two!
The customer service is exceptional. I had a small issue with one tap asked for advice and they just sent me a replacement tap (wish I could fit myself) within 2 days of my enquiry and over the Christmas period.
Thank you Wodar for creating these wonderful cost effective boiling and filter water taps.

Useless company, ordered a tap which is 364mm in height, when I got it it was over 480mm, I said they sent the wrong product, they then said this was the new size and they have updated their website. so I am asking them which taps are 364mm high as this is the size i need (10x emails later and they still cant answer the question.) now they are saying yes the hole cut out is 35mm
Maybe british design, but clearly staff are not english and you get more responses after hours, again indicating they are just a box shift company

I started off ordering 2 x 4in1 taps which were weeks and weeks late. No proactive communication from Wodar at all. And good luck with chasing them too! No one to speak to on the phone, no one bothers to reply on the live chat and only one generic email address which goes to a mystery bunch who you can't speak to in person. Sounds dodgy right?
Anyway, 2 weeks after the taps were installed in my kitchen, one of the pre-assembled fittings on the tap blows flooding out part of my kitchen and damaging the brand new woodwork. Did Wodar seem keen to rectify the issue? Of course not! Minimal communication and when I did get a response, they refused to send an engineer/technician to help and assess damage to the brand new kitchen. Said they would send a new tap next day which didn't turn up until days later meaning we were without running water in the kitchen. No support with claiming for damage from their component and ongoing non-existent customer service. Really really disappointing from what looks like a professional brand at premium prices. Stick with Qooker.

Great experience with this brand. Gorgeous items. I bought the dark brass 4in1 tap with solid brass spout. Stunning! I thought I needed a brushed brass tap to match handles from another brand so didn’t spot the dark brass option. I realised the dark brass would actually suit better and reordered! Thanks to Jonny who helped me - fabulous customer service!

I was researching various products, and I came across an editor who was doing the same research, and this product immediately caught my eye. I immediately examined it and decided it would be perfect for my newly renovated kitchen. The high-quality faucet and lever gave my kitchen a rich look. It's also very easy to use. I no longer need a kettle. The drinking water tastes great. It's one of the best pieces in my new kitchen so far.

The tap itself is lovely and really looks great but that's where the positivity ends.
They sent me the product - without a plug, so no way of turning it on. I emailed them & they said they will send me out a new one (annoying when you go to fit something and cant)a half hearted apology, nothing great. We then go to fit the tap, and there is another part missing, so we can't attach the water pipe to the tank. I emailed them twice, no response. I have just had a notification that something is being sent to me, but they haven't called or emailed me back to offer an apology or explanation as to what has happened. My gut instinct is telling me they have sent me a re-conditioned unit or refunded unit from another customer. As how can 2 major parts be missing and they offer no explanation? If service recovery had been brilliant this would have been a different message, but complete lack of contact or communication has left me feeling very unhappy.

My sister has been extremely pleased with her Wodar tap, but recently encountered an issue. I contacted Wodar on her behalf and have been delighted with their response. It is very rare these days to encounter a customer service representative who is so understanding and sympathetic to a situation and can resolve the issue with speed and compassion.
I cannot praise their reaction more highly and would recommend this company to anyone considering the purchase of this type of tap.

Very disappointing consumer experience with Wodar.
Purchased a 4-in-1 tap. Good points (reason this is a 2-star instead of a 1-star and to be completely fair) easy to order, quick delivery, aesthetically great, and the digital temperature display on the boiler is a good feature.
However, we experienced the same issue as some have said here with the tap dripping. I would describe this as more of a pour than a drip. We went round in circles with their customer service department for around 6-weeks. There is apparently a 'technical department' but I have doubts this exists. Either way, the level of aftersales support, customer service and technical advice was utterly appalling. I can only describe it as closer to a Fawlty Towers sketch than anything resembling support.
Eventually after retrofitting a drain valve which diverted boiling water into the waste, we came to the conclusion that they had no idea what was happening and that we were just being fobbed off. We eventually gave up and returned the unit.
After being told refunds take 24-48 hours, we received radio silence for over a week and had to put a charge back through with our card provider. Oddly enough, they refunded it straight away then, before of course sending us the normal nonsensical excuses and blaming the delay on our card provider (at the same time us sending us proof that the refund hadn't been processed).
It's a real shame as the tap looked lovely and there are some good design features on the boiler.
We've ended up out of pocket as we've had to pay a second installation fee, and we are getting advice on how best to recover this cost from Wodar.

The reason this is not a 5-star review is that I have had numerous issues with my taps. However, customer service is all about service recovery. At every point that I have been in contact with Jonny, he has been responsive and aimed to solve my problem...to the point that he sorted out an upgraded replacement for us. Thank you, Jonny. Just sorry that I had so many issues, but you and Wodar have been really great at responding and ensuring that you have a happy customer at the end of the day.
