Smooth stylish tap

We went for the Pro Flex in matte black and it’s easily the most practical tap we’ve owned. The pull-out hose is really smooth and makes cleaning up so much quicker. It also looks great against a lighter worktop.

Nice tap, dreadful customer services when there's an issue. The guy who is supposed to be able to help with problems is not only incapable of providing an adequate explanation, he clearly can't be bothered

Wodar customer service is brilliant!

Wodar customer service is brilliant!
So very helpful sorting out a problem, the communication was excellent and very helpful.
We love the Wodar boiling water tap it is sturdy and looks great in our kitchen.
We have also recommended Wodar to friends & family who have bought these taps and are also very pleased with them.

Absolutely fantastic tap we have the 4in1 antique brass with filtered and boiling water both work great the normal tap pressure is very good a millions times better then the one we had great customer service maybe could do with a better way on contacting them instead of email but was well packaged brilliantly presented and all the metal braided tubing and connections feels really good quality fast dpd delivery will recommend and use in future for filters

Terrible experience! No refund!

Terrible service! Total Scammers!
We purchased a tap from Wodar but the colour was different to that of the pictures online. After emailing Wodar we returned the tap as directed just over three weeks ago!
Since returning, we have been unable to speak with anyone as the sales team will not discuss returns and instead asked us to make contact via email. Despite numerous emails sent to Wodar, we are yet to receive any correspondence, let alone a refund!

Not only are we £200 out of pocket for the tap, we also spent £20 on postage costs, as Wodar stipulate the tap must be sent back in the original oversized outer packaging.

Perhaps a member of their team will read this and will be able to shed light on our overdue refund!

Six weeks and still no resolution

It's coming up to six weeks and still no response for a tap that very little pressure. Support asked for a pressure reading so we had a plumber confirm it was perfect. Followed by emails back and forth and they completely ignored what I had articulated. Called sales and asked for a call back from a senior, was promised on many occasions but still no where weeks later. Am now considering legal action. ***Edit: your replied to a post by a Stacey, that's clearly not me! Again, nothing but pure incompetence of basic things like replying to a post. Nine days and still awaiting a refund!

Great customer service from Jonny at Wodar

Unfortunately the safety button on our heritage hot tap stopped working after just over a year of use meaning the hot tap water could accidentally be turned on. Emailed for support and was sent two videos by Jonny showing fixes for the problem. Neither of these worked, so was sent a link to choose a replacement as they no longer stock our model. This was dispatched the next day and received 24hrs later. What brilliant and helpful customer service! Alot of larger companies could definitely learn a thing or two from Wodar!

Top quality tap and sink

Boiling water tap and undermount sink, both copper, the quality - highest, nothing I seen so far. High quality finish and packaging. The sink is very heavy, you wouldn't expect. It comes with its own cloth to use it for aftercare.Exceeded our expectations. The order has been delayed but once we got in touch with them, the service was spot on and items got delivered within 24 hrs.

Avoid, unable to contact once you purchase & they ignore emails.

Still waiting to be contacted regarding my issues on my brand new tap! Even though they asked for contact details 2 days ago. My husband emailed 60 hours ago & he is also waiting for a reply.
Misleading company as there isn’t a contact number to call once you have purchased. The lady in Sales was rude & unhelpful!

I am unable to reply to your reply. The email address is my husbands I was pointing out that we had both been ignored. To inform people, I filled out a contact form on Monday, which was sent to me with my mobile number & I have still not been replied to to sort out my issue. Also my husbands email has still not been replied to!
*** you had not called me & I have filled out another form that was sent this morning. You have my email so pls email me & I ca provide my husbands email privately!!! Just so everyone knows you have not contacted me to resolve this & your lady who answers the phone in sales is rude & would not take a message or transfer a call. I only left a poor review to honestly inform others of my experience & your even worse customer care.

First class customer service

I’m so impressed with Wodar and the level of customer care I received. When I had an issue with my kitchen tap, Jonny couldn’t have been more helpful. He was friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to putting things right.
The replacement tap was arranged quickly and without any hassle, and the whole experience left me feeling really well looked after. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers this thoughtfully, and I’m genuinely grateful for how smoothly everything was handled.

Amazing service from Wodar, the tap is very high quality, in fact for the cost of this how water tap, and the high quality of the tap itself, I am sure it would cost more, for just a normal tap from a kitchen showroom without the functionality of these taps.

This brand provided an amazing experience. The products are beautiful. I purchased the 4-in-1 tap featuring a dark brass finish and a sturdy brass spout. Absolutely breathtaking! Initially, I believed a brushed brass tap was necessary to complement handles from a different brand, so I overlooked the dark brass choice. Later, I realized the dark brass would be a superior match and reordered! Kudos to Jonny for his fantastic customer support!

Excellent Customer Service

I ordered a ProFlex tap and boiler system in mid December and after a couple of weeks I contacted the company to ask when my order would be delivered. They apologised for the delay and offered me a free extra filter. The order was delivered a week later. After the fitting of the tap I had a few operational queries which Jonny in Customer service answered very efficiently for me. I am very happy with the product and the level of service.

Amazing experience from start to finish…

Amazing experience from start to finish with Wodar.

I was spoilt for choice with the designs (so many gorgeous options) but went for the black flex 4 in 1 tap. It’s a stunner - such a slick design and really sets the kitchen off - fees like a show piece. I absolutely love the pull out spray function as an extra. Love!

The customer service and delivery has been spot on. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I recently had an unfortunate incident where a part went missing from my order, and I reached out to Wodar for help. Jonny dealt with my query and issue straight away and was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.
His communication was excellent clear, quick, and genuinely sympathetic to our situation. He sourced the missing part and dispatched immediately and made sure everything was resolved without any hassle. It’s rare these days to find customer service that feels this personal and attentive.
Jonny went above and beyond to sort things out, and he’s a real credit to Wodar. Fantastic service, great communication, and overall a very positive experience. Look forward to getting our new tap installed. Thanks.

Tap drips as a common fault and poor customer service

To look at the tap is amazing and does as it should but please before buy this tap read the reviews. The tap leaks after use and on reporting this to wodar you are told to check various things such as correct installation and water pressure.
On telling wodar all is as it should be they come up with another list of excuses instead of sending over the part needed to fix the dripping tap.
On spending a lot of money on the tap and a plumber it is leaking still and wodar know this is a common fault. Instead of appeasing the customer with a free part they come up with excuses for what is known as a common fault.

Hi Stephen, thank you for your review and sorry you are having an issue with your Wodar tap. As you are aware this is an open vented non pressurised tank system. This means they are more cost effective and safer than a pressurised system, however they cannot deliver 100+ degrees inside the tank, the water sits at 98 inside the tank.

The tank also drops into energy saving to 96 where not in use and re-heats throughout the day. During the re-heating process, if the water pressure is lower than 3 bar, small droplets can remain in the silicone tube and are pushed back out of the tap. The lower the pressure, the more water can drip out.

Drips can also be as a result of lack of filter changes and a build up inside the tank, please check our warranty T&C’s for filter replacement guidance and hard water areas.

If this is not due to a lack of filter changes, we do have a drain valve that can be added to help solve this issue, they are available on our website at £20, however as a gesture we often send one out free of charge.
