Unprofessionell und reinste Abzocke! Man wird, auf gut Deutsch, nach Strich und Faden verarscht.
Also in den ganzen 24 Jahren als Mieterin habe ich so etwas noch nicht erlebt. Inkompetenz und Überforderung ist hier nur der Vorname. Eine absolute Katastrophe diese Verwaltung und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.
