DHL not great for returns. Quick delivery tho.
Speed of order through to delivery.
Ability to return.
However, big minus is using DHL as a courier as I have to drive to the one drop off location around 20kms away. My day is too unpredictable to arrange a house pick-up.
Other courier companies have convenient local newsagent drop off points. Why not DHL.
