The order was missing an item and an item I did not order was included. I reported the problem and was sent a mailing label of a shipping company that is 102 miles from me. I will not drive that far to drop off the item. The vendor made a mistake and it is costing me time and money. The random item is less expensive than what I ordered. I may never get my order at this point because there is no alternative shipping proposed to return their mistake. I am very disappointed and certainly not inclined to order further from you.

SHYMI Heart Bar Necklace - one cubic zirconia missing.
I normally get good quality Jewelry from Wolf and Badger but I had delivered this week a SHYMI heart shaped bar tennis necklace. One of the cubic zirconia hearts was missing so I had to return it. It’s appears SHYMI are not good on quality control as the Packer should have noticed. One corner of the box it was in was slightly torn like the goods had been handled before. I returned them via UPS.

The attachment keeps coming off of one of the shoes. Highly inconvenient and not cute at all. These shoes are too expensive to be defective in any capacity.

At Last brand
I ordered an expensive dress from the brand At Last through Wolf and Badger. I would describe the dress as something you would buy on a market stall for £15. A pretty dress but extremely overpriced.
